Great overall experience. Lady at the reception desk during check-in didn't seem too friendly. I think our arrival upset her conversation with the friendly gentleman that allowed her to check us in. No smile, no hello, no greeting. She appeared to be dry and "matter of factly." Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would give some thought on a revisit.

Very nice hotel. The room was spacious and had the proper amenities. For the most part the room was clean. The lighting in the room was very dim but otherwise, I recommend booking here for a quick trip!

They need to get the room type descriptions correct on the Expedia site. They took a while and manager approval to get me in the room I booked. Upon check in to the room the floors were filthy and sticky. Trash still in the bins. The balcony furniture had all the upholstery taken off and raw cushions just thrown about. The front desk guy was nice during the check in mix up. But for all the trouble we went through to arrive to a dirty room just felt like a waste. The airport shuttle service was on point and one of the main reasons we stayed here.
