Embassy Suites by Hilton Miami International Airport

System was upside down. Staffs were unable to solve the problem. I ordered two queen beds and I just got a king size bed. I have to change the room two times. It took more than one to get my room.

Beautiful place to stay when in Miami, Florida. Always clean and the location is a plus for me.

Our room was clean, and love the amenities and the breakfast table choices.

The water pressure was low and went odd a couple of times while bathing and one of the elevators was not working had to wait 20 minutes

Our room had a slight mold issue in the roof by the ac.

The room was spacious and very clean . staff was friendly and attentive: Breakfast was free, buffet style . Will highly recommend this Hotel

Clean suite, nice pool and breakfast at buffet was good. You could also order your eggs as omelets if you wanted too.

The hotel is lovely. I love the Embassy Suites layout and touches. A very comfortable stay. I was disappointed with most staff we interacted with but the shuttle drivers and convenience to the airport was great.

One thing that I didn’t like… As I sat on the toilet seat to use it, the toilet roll holder on the wall was so close to my kneel and my kneel was touching it and was so uncomfortable. I am six feet tall and sitting on the toilet seat and the toilet roll holder was obstructing my right knee is no comfortable. I stayed in room 807, Embassy Suites by Hilton Miami International Airport. Other than the above, everything else was great so far.

Very nice hotel. We were pleased with how clean the room and smelled nice as well. Definitely would stay here again.

The staff was horrible they was rude and didn’t want to fix any of the issues they told me it was nothing they could do and that’s the way things are
