Great hotel, great staff, it's a bit loud though because it's very close to the airport.

Great breakfast. Shuttle service to the airport was quick. The rooms are spacious and modern. They will also give rides to Target and the shopping plaza down the street which I thought was very helpful after coming off a cruise.

This was the perfect location for our family vacation that included a cruise! Everyone was welcoming and kind. Definitely the way to go when traveling with large families!

Pretty nice property location is decent. Staff was helpful. Complimentary breakfast was good. The room was pretty clean, with some wear and tear. Overall it was a good experience.

The bedding did not appear to have been clean and I woke up to a cockroach in the bathroom.

I was at this hotel for pre cruise stay, even though Hotels.com changed me for 2 rooms, it was a nice treat to let my son stay in his own room. I love embassy Suites, I have never had a bad experience.

The complimentary drinks were nice, the snacks were subpar. The free made to order omelette was great! The rooms were large and clean and for the most part you could only hear the airplanes a little bit with the balcony door closed. The area itself isn't fantastic, nothing in walking distance if you are looking for a restaurant. I stayed there to go on the cruise the next day and it's definitely worth it for a one night stay!

I needed extra time to stay and they assisted me with no problems. Also, I had 8 hours to spare before my flight and the manager arranged a free Lyft ride to the mall. I traveled as a single dad with a 15 month old baby and a 14 year old child. Everyone was very accommodating. By the way, when I arrived last night, the help the restaurant open do my family could order food! What an awesome staff!

Had a wonderful time! I definitely would recommend, and stay again. Hotel staff were helpful, attentive, and polite. Pool was amazing, and hotel was very clean, well maintained.

Our room was clean and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was very good! The shuttle to and from the airport is a great perk.

This was the perfect layover for our cruise! Equip with shuttles from the airport to shuttles for the port and free breakfast!!

I have stayed at Embassy Suites all over and this is by far the worse. The service is non-existent. First impressions are important right? First thing I noticed when we pulled up was a guy on the bench smoking Marijuana. The shuttle from the airport just passed us by. Although, they offered to pay for the Uber and getting the money was a challenge. I go downstairs to get my money as instructed by Anthony the night before and the guy Chris talks to me like he doesn't know what I am talking about then give me an attitude! I ask to speak to the manager and he says you can sit there and wait or you can just go. Didn't bother mentioning the manager was in a meeting! Gave us a handicap room when I didn't reserve one! Plus put us right next to the train track that woke us up all early in the morning. Horrible service. Canceled my other reservation and going elsewhere! You should do the same! The service and specifically Chris's attitude.
