Embassy Suites by Hilton Miami International Airport

I had to use your shuttle service to cruise port. The process was good. I had to was ave the airport shuttle bus down to get on. I did not stop at every location.

Exceptional

Music, pool, breakfast and shuttle from the airport to hotel then shuttle to the cruise terminal as well

Exceptional

What a weird hotel. We booked just for an overnight airport stay. Won’t book here again. The staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I’ll book elsewhere next time.

Limited areas for ice, very long wait for airport pickup. Confusion on where to wait for shuttle

Hotel host was exceptional. Her name was Claudia P. Provided excellent information. And made our stay exceptional.. Nothing

Great location Nothing

Really enjoyed our stay here!

Hotel overbooked could not check in

Great location for most of the thing I or some can do in Miami , easy and quickly to reach the air port

This was the best Embassy Suites I've ever stayed in. The breakfast, the shuttle and the friendly staff.

Pleasant

The inside is completely redone. The rooms are enormous! There’s a free shuttle. The bathtub needs to be repainted but that was very minor

Will stay again!!

I enjoyed every inch of the property. My room was perfect. The place may need some minor updates (paint color, carpet, etc.). Other than that my stay was absolutely perfect.

Hotel was clean. Staff was friendly and the amenities are wonderful

Staff hides during early check-out

I loved this hotel. We were going on a cruise and the transportation was second to none. I’ll never stay anywhere but here while in Miami!

Very clean and well maintained property. Recommend for a vacation stay. Will be going back soon. Beautiful place
