Hampton Inn Miami - Airport East, FL

All good. Thank you!!!

Breakfast was pretty good, better than the usual. I was not able to bump the temperature down to sleep. 68-70 was the range I was given. The shower wasn't as hot as I like it. Both of these are probably a money savings for the hotel.

Stayed here for a few days while traveling for school. Front desk staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast every morning was great and not hectic at all. Property was nice and close to the airport.

Pleasant

A good hotel. The room was spacious with good windows; aircraft noise was muffled and not very noticeable. The staff were attentive and polite. We had a late departure for the airport, so we were allowed to leave our belongings in the luggage room and spent a pleasant time in the comfortable hotel lobby. The hotel also provided a free shuttle to the airport.

Extremely nice and very professional.

Your basic hotel. Sheets were clean. Bathroom could have used a better sweeping, but the towels, etc where fine. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Hot eggs, sausage, waffles, make your own cinnamon rolls, and other options. Location safe. Parking included, you have to get parking pass when checking in.

I had an unexpected layover in Miami and I just needed a clean room to lay my head. Price was great and staff was super friendly. All of them. And rooms were typical style but clean and fairly new. I was happy overall even though I am a picky guest usually. Shuttle driver super on time and very friendly too. Quick and easy access because you can barely run into traffic from and to the airport and you’re close to city too.

Excellent stay.

Exceptional

The front desk crew were awesome.

Breakfast Paying for parking

Desk staff during the day was very helpful. Night staff was not very nice. Breakfast was great. The shuttle driver was not very nice, the whole drive he complained about people being ready for shuttle early.

Not enough blankets Couldn’t adjust temperature

WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR ANY TRAVELERS WHO ARE GOING ON A CRUISE AND ARRIVE PRIOR TO SAILING DATE. BREAKFAST WAS GREAT. PROVIDES AIRPORT SHUTTLE. STAFF FRIENDLY.

Everything was perfect. Great area. Great workers.

My stay was a success!

Everything is as it needed to be. The shuttle from MIA to the hotel worked exactly as described. Hotel staff is great. Room is clean and comfy. Breakfast is great. If you are cruising, this is the place to stay.

The staff were nice and the room was clean.
