Hampton Inn Miami - Airport East, FL

We had free ice, water bottles, paper towels and many towels in the washroom! We were also able to dry our towels! Amazing! ❤️🙏 Property is very safe, clean! Loved pink chairs and umbrellas, pool and beach 🏖️ Beach is very warm and shallow! Perfect for families! Also, walking distance to Starbucks, Pharos frozen yogurt, and to many nice restaurants and bars! Will come back but will ask for kitchen and balcony if available? Muchísimas gracias! Lo que me gustó fue el desayuno, lo que no me gustó, la piscina está con moho no se podía usar, tengo fotos , el control del tv no servía, el gym lo poco que había la mitad no funcionaba,la habitación está vieja necesita mejorar la alfombra los muebles muy incómodos . No lo recomiendo

Honestly, I'm not super picky. It was clean, had free breakfast, free airport shuttle, and was affordable! Plenty good enough for me. Pool was kinda small, but I had plenty of pool time on my cruise. We had a 8:35pm flight home, so they locked our luggage in a closet after we had checked out. That was nice! We didn't have to drag it around with us as we went on a celebrity homes boat tour for a few hours. I'd definitely stay there again!

Clean room and friendly staff

Until today we have not been refunded all the money expended in the walking clinic, medication and we had to throw away all the clothes. If this the way the hotel treat a long time Honors member just imagine a non member.

WE arrived late for our reservation - that is 1130pm having been had a lengthy flight delay. There was a line a check in - no biggie -they were accepting vouchers with traveler's who had been disrupted- all good. We got with the reservationist at the desk and were told the room we had reserved wasn't available cause they were "oversold" - they had a different room - which we took. No big deal but why when you are accepting last minute reservations is my preferred room "oversold" - doesn't make a lot of sense. Usual amazing Hampton Breakfast was dissappointing - refilling of items was slow, the choices were not great for hot food - the "hot" food was cold and the chicken sausage looked VERY unappetizing. I am a loyal Hampton Inn customer - this won't affect me moving forward but it's a concern.

Conveniently located next to airport with free shuttle and breakfast! Comfortable beds, very clean!

The cleaning staff are great, breakfast incredible and everything is always clean.

The shuttle driver passed me by twice at the airport and was not apologetic about it. The front desk staff lied about the shuttle bus being full and was dismissive that I waited for an hour for the shuttle. In addition, the toilet seat was loose. Upon leaving the shuttle left before the time and I had to take a Lyft to the airport.

Filthy dirty!!!! Would never recommend. For $194 a night, NO! They wanted to charge $13.08 for 2 Smart waters. No! Hallways had food all over the carpet, our night stand had ketchup smeared all over, just gross.

Room was great for one night, great location near airport, staff very friendly and respectful, good breakfast to start the day!

The sound proof room is just a flat out lie in room 425 we could have just slept with the window open.
