The proximity of the hotel to the airport and cruise port was very convenient

Easy check in. Clean room for our quick overnight layover.

The location of the property was good for an overnight stay, however, for a few days or more there wasn’t enough to do locally.

Resort should serve water at rooms

I love that there was a restaurant and bar at the hotel so you didn’t need to leave if you didn’t have to. There was airport shuttle available, a gym, pool and laundry room. The housekeepers were great with tidying up the room and changing out the towels. It was an overall great experience.

I liked the property had a coffee shop opened till 2am, however the bar closed absolutely too early, at 11pm.

My Son and I, Had a 1 night stay and It was excellent all the way around starting with the customer service, the cleanliness of the room & facilities, restaurant & bar amenities a plus and the 24 hour shuttle bus is awesome. We definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is passing through Miami.

Unfortunately, our experience on the day of check-out was disappointing. The housekeeping staff entered our room three separate times without knocking. The last time, we believe it was a supervisor, and we had to explain that it was not yet check-out time and that staff kept entering our room. He apologized, which we appreciated, but the situation was still very unpleasant and affected our overall experience.

The property was very convenient and about 5-7 mins from the airport. The staff was great and was very accommodating. The hotel was more older and not as modern and can use some updating. Was a good and quick stay.

Our flight was delayed by 7 hours & we arrived at 4 am. The desk clerk told the shuttle driver to look for us and gave us a late checkout time without us asking. Thank you for being so kind to your clientele. It really relaxed me after such a harrowing experience with delays.

Very clean and spacious rooms. Free shuttle from the airport made everything very easy after a long flight. The staff were helpful, nice and professional. The restaurant and bar upstairs were great. Would def recommend this property

I would definitely stay again

The price $233. I paid $312 and they hold deposit on my card$100. . What i pay add up almost $400. I could stay at better surroundings with store walkable distance. All extra service to get into room early would been $35. Plus if room was there for me go into early I had wait. I want to place my bags until my room was ready charging for that

Property was well maintained, room was clean and spacious, restaurant, bar and café available, staff was helpful. We couldn't ask for any more. Would stay again
