Holiday Inn Miami - International Airport by IHG

Rooms are large and clean. The staff was very helpful and Aeroport shuttle free and on time. The room was really noisy, and I wasn’t able to properly relax or sleep. The noise was a constant background sound, similar to a ventilation or air-conditioning system, along with the noise from the elevator. I asked to change rooms, and the staff did their best to find me another room as far away as possible from the elevator and from what could be the source of the noise. The second room was quieter, but I could still hear the background noise. So, if you’re sensitive to noise like I am, this hotel may not be the best choice for you. I do want to mention, however, that the staff were very helpful and genuinely did their best to accommodate my request and find me a quieter room.

Very clean and affordable hotel. Breakfast was goo. THE BED WAS SO SOFT ANS COMFORTABLE.

The property was just okay. Nothing really special to say about it. Could use a little update . You can also tell it had some flooding in the property prior and it shows. Lots of unwanted people just stroll through the property all times of the day making it feel a bit unsafe.

The hotel is very run down, from the shuttle to the rooms. It is a decent option but not like new as it seems in the photos

The hotel has a second building, so you must take one elevator to your room, return to the lobby, and then take another elevator to the top floor of the first building, where the restaurant is located. The happy hour was enjoyable, but unfortunately, the soup was cold. The room itself was clean, including the bathroom and bedding. However, the condition of the carpet immediately made me question the hotel’s overall cleanliness. It looked dirty and was covered in noticeable stains. Personally, I would not feel comfortable walking on it without shoes. I’m a travel agent, so I may be more critical than the average guest, but I also understand what my clients expect when they pay for a hotel stay. The carpet definitely needs to be updated or replaced. Improving the flooring would make a significant difference in the hotel’s overall appearance and first impression.

Hotel could use a remodel, but we were only there for one night so it did the job.
