Red Roof Inn Plus Miami Airport

When i got to the lobby i had to wait an hour to get a room. While waiting i sat on the sofa, and started to feel super itchy. I got up and noticed I had bumps behind my leg. Any way during my stay at night I couldn’t sleep because I kept feeling something itching. I had 6 bite marks on the back of my legs. I didn’t see anything, nor did I try to investigate what it was. I spent my whole time inside, so I knew it wasn’t mosquito bites . I believe they have bedbugs. Someone must have brought it over to the motel. Never again

Everything was perfect and nice staff was very nice

I had to wait over 1 hour to get checked into a room that was booked through hotels.com. The room was disgusting and filthy. My family and I went to our room and there immediately had to check out. The property refused to give me a refund. We were just looking for a place to sleep before went on our cruise the following morning. Do not stay at this property.

I saw a roach and the room had visible water damage. You could feel the dampness in the room

I would not recommend, the room smelled awful , it had a roach in the room with old candy wrapper on the bed and the floors were sticky and not clean , the whole room / property looked like it needed a deep cleaning and maintenance. And to top it off there were prostitute in the front of the building . I had to book else where for me and my family .

Housekeeping guy came in my room early in the morning while I was naked sleep without any consent

En la madrugada se sentían pasos por todo el pasillo nos intentaron abrir la puerta de la habitación por la madrugada y habían personas con muy malos vicios todo una pesadilla

Mala atención del receptionista, suciedad en el piso, el asensor, y la zona donde estaba el cafe muy sucia, el techo de la habitación una parte suelta. Muy Clarooo para lo Que ofrece las installations del hotel

I needed a 1 night stay, it did what it needed to do. I would go back again

En el anuncio te dicen que el estacionamiento está incluido, pero allá te lo cobran adicional

The carpet throughout the hallway smells bad. Only thing they have good AC.
