Cluttered front desk No washcloths Empty soap/ shampoo dispensers Honestly wouldn't even know they're open for business by looking from afar. Woman at check in was extremely nice though

8 inches of snow and Ice ...not one pebble of salt. Ice stayed on parking lot for days Terrible security measures... Side doors don't lock, homeless people in stairwell in middle of night. Parking lot lights turned off most of the night. The entire hotel smells like marijuana 24/7. Housekeeping tried to come in my room everyday and the DND was on the door the entire time. They advertise coffee 24hrs a day, but I never found the pump dispenser NOT empty. Breakfast area was terrible... nasty, dirty, broken equipment. Several issues with the building itself. This location should not be a Comfort Inn. It would at best be a low-end Quality Inn.

totally unacceptable. i get things happen and not everything can get fixed right away. however neglect and poor quality work is an issue. it looked like mold painter over above the bed. hall tiles were black in area's wit filth or scuff. bathroom had mismatched mortar colors holding 3 dimensional tile.... because someone couldn't lay them flat. the water could barely get warm. there was a hole in the shower. but to top it off i requested after my first night to get conditioner to go with my two shampoos, a cup of any sort to go with the ice bucked. if possible a clock and lightbulbs in my lamps and all they did was make the bed and change the towels. nothing like any other comfort inn i've ever stayed at.
