We called on our way into town to confirm that we would have to clean beds as paid for. When we call they said we were assigned a king bed and fold-out couch. We said that was not what we requested and they told us they would call back. We called again and then by the time we reached the hotel they had quote figured it out. When we arrived I was given two keys to a room, when I got up to the room the keys open the door to someone else's room. There are things were all over the room. I shudder to think what would have happened if they had caught me in their room. Went back down to tell this front desk staff what happened and she said "oops". Another family was complaining about their room. They had checked in behind me and we're already leaving. Claiming that their room was "disgustingly dirty" and that the air conditioner was hanging out of the wall. All other hotels in the area were sold out so we had to stay. VERY disappointed. Beds were like rocks, photo shows how our toilet paper was left with about three sheets on the roll. This morning when we checked out, the housekeeper is walked in the room next door without knocking first and there was a family still in there. The family and housekeeping staff proceeded to get into a shouting argument. We quickly packed and left. This hotel WAS NOT worth $600. Drove seven hours to stay in a poor excuse for a Wyndham.

The place was clean the staff was nice
-
My door latch was broken and the a/c stop working the same day we got there and had to go 2 days with a store bought fan and no.help was offered just avoidance and lies from the manager Kim.

Dated and old

So they gave us the wrong room. It was supposed to be a 2 bed room for 4 people and we got 1 bed and a couch that was covered in who knows what. Then a/c unit cover was laying on the ground and the unit was frozen over. The toilet was broken there was no microwave. The carpets were sticky. And we were charged $250 for this disgusting place that should be shut down!!!!

The breakfast bar was very disappointing. We left and ate else where before getting back on the road to continue our road trip.

Overall everything was excellent and the staff responded quickly with requests.

My room had to be changed due to bugs. Carpet was dirty and sticky, bed uncomfortable. Guests in the room above mine was very noisy. Will never return!

Breakfast was good.

Location to my parents Very tight room, carpet felt damp, there was hair in the shower
-
The location was well groomed and clean. Sausage wasn’t good at all. Looked like it was sitting in water.

The rooms and the amenities Nothing

I can say it was clean. Smelled humid though and breakfast was not good. For the price we paid, I expected a better meal.
-
My key cards didn't work at 4:30am and no one was working the front desk, had to sit and wait 45 minutes in the lobby for someone to finally show up.
-
It was very close to Walmart and restaurants. My room didn’t have a hairdryer. There was no “do not disturb sign”. The fitness room was closed. The pillows were too small.

Arrived and room we reserved was not available. We were downgraded but did receive a free night, but the price for the room was not acceptable considering it was small! And the A.C. barely cooled the room. The extra lock on the door was broken. We went to room and found dirty towels and unmade beds and food on floor. The sweet lady working appoligized and cleaned our room. She had excellent customer service.

It was invested with some kind of bugs. It affected me a lot.

The room's price. First we are given a room the smells cigarette. I asked to change our room. Then, when we are settled in a different room we cant connect to the hotel's wifi and when I asked the front desk she doesnt know the reason. What?? I asked if I can speak with the manager, she told me to wait till she comes on here shift which is 11PM. Very dis!apointing!
