It was a good stay

Is okay

The outside look terrible make the hotel look ghetto. Room were nice. Coffee was nasty. No breakfast choices for diabetic people.

Great location as central to highway. Comfortable beds and clean hotel. The A/C was not very strong as kind of old. The tv was not working but luckily did not need to use it. The staff was helpful with extra towel requests and very good breakfast.

It’s a place to sleep. Wouldn’t stay more than one night. Lampshades had disgusting stains and should be thrown out. Bed and bathroom were good enough.

When we first reported the issue, the older gentleman at the front desk was dismissive. He blamed us, said there was nothing they could do, couldn’t move us to another room, and didn’t offer an apology. Later, a younger staff member took our concern seriously, inspected the door, and apologized for the situation. To the hotel’s credit, the property was fully booked and we were only staying two nights, so there wasn’t much else they were able to do at that point. The walls are also very thin, so expect to hear your neighbors. The complimentary breakfast had limited options, especially if you’re looking for protein. The surrounding area also felt a bit sketchy. Overall, if you’re looking for an inexpensive, convenient place for a short stay, this hotel gets the job done, but don’t expect much beyond the basics.

Our shower dispenser was broken. The shampoo , lotion and conditioner wouldn’t stay in the dispenser.

The desk clerk was friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was very accessible Curtains don’t close properly

Breakfast could use hard boiled eggs or something to offer protein. Otherwise yummy. Location was good. The room fridge and microwave was appreciated; nice touch. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Housecleaning could improve- our shower curtain was dirty; like someone had wiped something on it and there was a bug on it also. There was a cob web hanging from the ceiling over the sink area also.

The room was great and the gentleman at the check in was incredibly helpful on recommending places to eat in the area. We found a insect in the room shortly after checking in, wasn't anything major. Isopod like, maybe a rolli poli it was harmless.

Nothing All

Helpful staff and mostly clean. There was what looked like a small hole in the sheets that was caused by a cigarette or something that had heat. But other than that it was a good stay.

We didn’t stay for breakfast, but the lobby and breakfast area seemed very small. I booked a room for six people, but the pull-out sofa bed was broken and missing its support legs. There was a rollaway bed in its place, but it only slept one person, so one of my kids had to sleep on the couch. Check-in was also frustrating because Hotels.com had not sent payment for our reservation. The process took about 30 minutes and required phone calls and chats with Hotels.com before we had to cancel the reservation and pay again at the front desk. The highlight of our stay was Bart. His customer service was outstanding. He went above and beyond to help resolve the payment issue and even spoke with Hotels.com to make sure I would receive a full refund before I paid again. The beds were also very comfortable, and the hotel was quiet, allowing us to get a peaceful sleep. Overall, I’m giving this hotel 3 out of 5 stars. While there were several issues that impacted our stay, the outstanding customer service from Bart and the comfortable beds made the experience more tolerable. With some much-needed updates and maintenance, I would consider staying here again.
