Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Michigan City, IN

From the moment we checked in, every employee we encountered was very friendly and willing to help! Our room was clean, and housekeeping kept everything well-stocked. The only area I would suggest for improvement would be to expand the variety of options offered for breakfast. Granted, it was free and I shouldn't complain, but offering some sweet options (pastries, donuts) as well as a few more warm foods would go a long way!

The hotel stay was overall acceptable, but the room felt quite outdated and could really benefit from a refresh. The furnishings and decor appeared worn, and the carpet looked old and not as clean as it should have been, which affected the overall impression of the room. Updating the room and replacing or deep-cleaning the carpet would go a long way toward improving the guest experience. The staff was pleasant, but the condition of the room did not meet expectations.

Location was excellent. My room was on ground floor and was good for my family. Bathroom could have been better. Wash basin was having some stains or mark. Breakfast was very limited. Room and bathroom could been better

Clean, comfortable, good parking.

My family and I made a stop at this hotel to use the pool after a hot summer beach day and rest then headed home it was perfect location and Clean .

It was a decent spread for everyone, we enjoyed the breakfast options provided. I just wish the coffee was a bit more hot and had different flavor options as well. The waffles were really yummy and my kids loved em The rooms were clean but the first room we checked into was probably foul smell, however the staff immediately took care of it and also provided an alternate solution so it was a win win situation. Very friendly staff members.

The pillows were notably comfortable. Sofa bed was comfortable too. Room was quiet, staff friendly, and the basic breakfast was OK. No complaints.

Nice, clean property with very helpful staff. Close to I-94 without much road noise. Culver’s across the street and a several gas stations around the corner. Breakfast was available with eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt and fruit

Staff was friendly and room was good for just a 1 night stay. Pool and Hot tub had mold in them and hot tub was not warm.

Felt like a well-traveled CI&S. Just wasn't up to chain standard. Room felt a little musty. Pool and hot tub were like a sauna (and since I was on the first floor nearby maybe accounted for room situation). Breakfast OK, but no muffins/sweet rolls. Overall, the facility just seemed to be missing something

It was average. The carpet in the room did need cleaned and i advised them of that.

However, our room felt a little outdated and needed a new coat of paint. Also, the carpeting seemed oddly dirty. I don’t know if it just needed a good deep clean or what, but it made our feet turn black and it felt almost sticky walking on it. I think the hotel might be in a yucky part of town. Every time we left there was a homeless person panhandling on the corner. Overall the stay was ok. But again, the staff here was top notch.
