Owner very attentive, let us switch to a cleaner room. Quiet at night Extremely dirty and unkempt, floors haven’t been cleaned in years. Our first room smelled and was covered in dog hair and dead bugs.

Also, the uneveness of the entrance where the semi's park. Having to maneuver around slowly entering and exiting the property.

The room was dirty, ketchup on the blow dryer, the mirrors were cloudy and the doors and door jams were filthy. I could see through the sheets and the blanket was super thin and did not keep me warm on a 5 degree night. There was a huge red stain on the chair. The bed was very uncomfortable, sunk down in the middle. I was up on and off all night and did not sleep well at all. The toilet seat was spongy and sticky. There were no tissues, very few towels, which were small. The shower was so old and outdated, I did not even shower. . . I just wanted to get the hell out of there!!

Nothing! There was BED BUGS, blood all over the room, mold in the bathroom, and the headboard fell on my wife’s head!

Many dinning choices nearby. An area just off the bed which acted as a workspace for grading/pricing comics. TV worked. Dated interior: carpet pulled up with bare floor. Tiny bathroom. Shower/ tub needed a good cleaning. Long hairs on shower walls and inside bathroom door. Road noise, somebody slamming the nearby dumpster top in the am. A guest having a loud parking lot conversation while drinking coffee about 6am.

Room was fine. My only complaint is more with expedia. I booked several hotels for a road trip and stayed at all red roofs because i was traveling with 2 dogs and when i got to check in they didnt seem to know i had 2 dogs and chsrged me an extra fee. Im fine with paying the fee just aidh expedia could some how inckude this when booking.
