The staff was all VERY friendly. No gluten free safe food options.

Great hotel experience! Check in was easy, everything was clean and updated, beds were comfortable, room and lobby were spacious, breakfast was delicious and had a lot of options, 24/7 coffee in the lobby was great. We didn't get a chance to check out the pool, but we would love to stay here again.

On our last night, a family checked into the connecting room next to ours. I completely understand that children are excited on vacation and that kids will be kids. My concern wasn’t that they were a family, but that the noise carried so easily between rooms. We could hear the children playing with the connecting door, jumping, and running to the point that the walls and furniture were shaking. It significantly impacted our ability to relax. I called the front desk to ask for assistance and was told that the family had just checked in and to give them some time to settle down. While I appreciate wanting to give guests an opportunity to get situated, I was disappointed that my concerns were largely dismissed rather than addressed. Fortunately, this only affected our final night, but after paying several hundred dollars for the stay, I expected a quieter experience.

Everything That it didn't have a hot tub as well as the pool.
-
Very clean and everything worked the way it was supposed to
-
Bathroom floors were dirty and sticky. Room was supposed to have blackout curtains…room had sun shining through the windows at 5:30AM. Awful!! Manager was very rude and said they knew the curtain wasn’t there/damaged and have a curtain on order - sorry that’s unacceptable for someone to stay in the room!! Never would stay there again.

Quiet Breakfast needed to be kept full with food. Most hot food was empty but finally refilled to eat.

The woman at the front desk was very kind. The room we received did not have curtains, she tried to block out the light with a blanket but couldn't. We had to buy a tarp to put over the window. She was very helpful. I had forgotten my pillow that I had brought, called the hotel and she put it back for me to pick back up. Very nice lady. No curtains in the room because a few days earlier a child had torn them down. They had not gotten around to fixing it yet.
