Crowne Plaza Cleveland Airport by IHG

Location is perfect for me. The restaurant and bar were closed for renovation. I never had my room made up, nor the coffee in the room replenished. Having gotten a reduced room rate evened out the lack of services.

Great location and price! Easy parking too. I hate leaving a poor review, the staff worked hard to make us happy.

Amazing service all around

good

Was not notified of restaurant closure until morning of, carpet was dirty, hallway lights too dim, tv apps did not work, drinks in lobby too expensive.

Most of the evaluators were out of service and the hallways had a stale smell. Other than that it was fine. Rooms where clean and in good shape bed was fine (little hard for me , but ok) super convenient to my business event. Staff was very nice.

Bad

This hotel should not be in business at this point. Only one of the four floors were being used, and the plumbing (specifically the leaking toilet and weak water pressure in the sink faucet) needed servicing. The claim of a "casino hotel" was false.

Clean room but environment especially guest toilet is dirty. Poor customer service

The water in the shower never got hot. I even let it run for awhile to see if it just needed time to heat up. I like very hot showers but it never passed warm at best.

The Hotels in under construction and the guys didn't have breakfast or anything due to construction

Wasn't told it was under construction no restaurant no bar and charged for parking very disappointed we go there all the time when we go on vacations probably won't be back

Had to switch rooms as the first room had a broken TV and bathroom was rundown. There was also an off putting smell in the area where the rooms were on the first floor. Second room was better. A reason I picked this hotel was it had a restaurant but it was closed for renovation and the elevators were also broken. The associate that helped me the night I checked in was very helpful and nice. Hope this hotel is just being renovated but make sure to call ahead before booking to see.

I picked the Crown because it’s close to CLE airport and have a shuttle. The building is big and nice. I only stayed one night. I had the ground level next to the front parking lot where the shuttle pickup. That said I couldn’t open the curtain and early morning I was woken up by patrons talking while waiting for the shuttle. I can also hear people talking in the hallway. Other than that I would have given the hotel a 5 star. My room looks like it’s been renovated and designed classically well. The bathroom has not been renovated for a while

Building sections closed for remodel

Passable

The room curtains wouldn’t close and bath needs updated no liner in trash can
