Rooms were clean. Helpful, courteous staff. Short drive to Cleveland Airport from the hotel.

Reservation was canceled by the hotel last minute and they were extremely rude about it. Nothing was done to remedy the situation and no customer service skills were used by the staff. Horrible.

Shower didn’t get beyond luke warm… Air made a noise like a door opening whenever it cycled off… Overall a pretty rough night of sleep and unable to feel fresh and ready the next day. Won’t be back.

We booked our room 2 months in advance and 6 hours before checking in we were told both if our rooms were canceled... highly disappointed and we had to pay extremely higher prices for a lesser hotel due to them...

The hotel is old and out of date. Every day I had to get my keys reactivated to get into my room. THE POOL AREA WAS SMELLY AND NOT REALLY CLEAN. The elevators didn't work, so my reservations were not completely satisfied. If I was asked to refer someone to that hotel, I would not do it.
