MainStay Suites Middleburg Heights Cleveland Airport

All I have to say is if I come back to Cleveland and staying multiple days I’m booking this hotel again 10/10

Our dishwasher was broken and water leaked everywhere. The oven was also zip tied close because it was broken. All the amnesties were old and crusty. The hallways also reaked.

Bring your own towels. I had a hard time requesting more towels from the gentleman who works the night shift. He said only one set per person. I have two girls and we ALL have very long and thick hair.

The room had strong very unpleasant odor in the hallways. There were cobwebs in some of the corners of the room.We had to bring wet towels to building next door in order to swap out for clean towels. The bathroom didn’t have vent in it and there was water damage. We were very disappointed with our stay and stayed minimal amount of time that we had to.

Room looked clean and taken cared off except it’s def outdated, but the hallway smelled musty and gross, and it was hot in the hallway. All the amenities worked, and it does the job for the cheap price. Had a flight cancellation and needed to stay somewhere. I was a bit disappointed that there’s no shuttle, and supposedly they have a car service for an extra fee but only if you don’t book it thru a third party site like this. Kind of a weird rule. Make sure to reserve your uber/lyft ride if you have an early morning flight. It’s not horrendous, but it’s def not spectacular. Very mid.

I stayed in room 105 and it smelled so bad of ammonia and urine it was disgusting

Room dirty

I will never use this property ever again. Got checked in which was fine. But, then I start to go to the room and all I hear is barking in the hallways. So, I go back to the desk to see if I can get moved and the receptionist informed me that the hotel was booked. So, I said okay. So, I go to the room I look online and here it says they're still had availability but at a higher price. Upon entering the room it had a musty kind of like wet smell. I turned on the AC and it continued throughout the weekend the lights were out on some of the vanities and never replaced.The carpet was crunchy and nasty. The bathroom was horrible. Chaulk everywhere wall/paint was peeling, behind door on wall we're circular spots were from the mirror they took down and never replaced. The entire hotel/motel very outdated. On top of it upon checking in someone parked next to me and dented my car door. I am including pictures, to show the nastiness. Wish, I could include more.Told receptionist and was told oh sorry. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL/MOTEL!!!!!!!!!!

Ac didn't work well. Room smelled lime animals. Lock bolt was broken off the door. Old guy on night shift was cranky. People that are staying long term there were very noisy.

The staff was very nice. The gentleman that checked me in was great. After checking out I realized that I had forgotten something and the young lady who cleans was very friendly and let me go back to my room to get it. The room was very clean and roomy. I have no complaints!

Always clean and and staff is always nice!!!

Room was nice and clean. Smelled good. Gave 4 stars only because refrigerator didn't get cold at all even after couple of days stay. Freezer part did bare minimum. Dog poop outside next to where hotel provided bags for dog owners. Entrance door to where I stayed, was broken so key card wasn't even needed to get in. That's not good for safety. Parking was good. Staff was nice. Air conditioning worked well.

We stay at this hotel every year when we come to the Scottish festival. The staff is always very kind and courteous.

The room also had strong smell. I had to buy spray to mask it. It wasn’t a good stay in top of my partner lost his mom yesterday.

It's a nice well-kept property. The rooms and beds are comfortable and most importantly, it's reasonably priced.

The hallways smelled, the tv was broken, there was this odd smell everywhere, thank god the bed and bathroom were clean

We were pleasantly suprised. The property showed it's age - super small, no frills lobby. But when we got to the room, it had been refurbished and was really nice. The room had a small kitchen complete with large refrigerator and a stove. The bedroom was separate which was really nice. The TVs didn't work so if that's important to you then it would be wise to verify that they were working.

Washer and dryer did not work and get my clothes clean they are still dirty and smell I wasted $5 for no reason
