It was good...I just wish there was dish soap for the dishes

Property was nice when I needed to walk to my car. Wish I could leave a picture, I opened the cabinets and knew a lot after that. Not very healthy. My stay was 3 nights. I walked to the front desk to ask for an extra towel and was told no bring down the towels for the exchange . Just a heads up. Thanks for trying to be nice .

The suite was amazing and spacious! The staff was rude, didn’t get us extra towels, no ice bucket and they made us search other buildings for the luggage cart. Pure laziness

It’s been a week and I can occasionally still remember that smell which leads me to vomiting

Sink kept stopping up. Overall the room was clean, bed was comfortable. I didn't like the fact that the entrance doors to building B were easily accessible to strangers off the street. Anyone can walk up to your hotel door with the entrance locks broken. No sense of security. Please fix that issue!!

There were stains all over the carpet and furniture. The security door was taped open and the hallways smelled like cigarettes and marijuana. The air conditioning in the fitness center was broken and the room felt like it was 80 degrees.

The hotel is very old and very dated. Furniture was shabby, chipped, dirty, and old. The carpet look like it had been there from when the hotel was originally built which I’m sure was at least 30 years ago. There was a space underneath the door to the hallway, large enough that I could fit my hand underneath, which made me feel very uncomfortable and very unsafe. This hotel needs a major renovation immediately!

My room wasn't clean and had mold problems on the wall beside the air condition that keeps spreading on the wall.

Room was dirty and in disrepair. I found dog poop under the bed and 2” of dirt on the bed skirt ( I drop something behind the bed and went looking for it). Huge burn hole in the blanket on the bed The cabinets are old and the kitchen was underwhelming and needed to be restocked. The property was quiet and the front desk staff was nice. The ac worked great. We’ve stayed here before not sure if we will again I’m thinking it over

The cleanliness of the place needed to be better. Long black hairs in the showers, counters weren't wiped down and the main door to get into the building didn't look like it was wiped down for a good while. The main door to get into the building was to be "locked" for the safety of guests as the SIGN said. Well using thick black duct tape to cover up the door jam and the door push bar, so it wouldn't lock is keeping guests safe, then I guess it's doing it's job. This was mentioned to staff that it was a safety issue many times. If it was broke, FIX IT! Or if people are too lazy to carry their room card, put a stop to it. Also, a 6AM fire alarm on the first night. No employees or manager around to make sure of a head count or to make sure we were OK. The fire department had to tell us it was ok then. Oh, if you like the smell of pot when entering the building to your room, then stay here as well. It makes me sick. Also, that was mentioned to staff.
