Quality Inn Middleburg Heights near Cleveland Airport

Wouldn’t stay there again, room smells weird and other people staying there were rowdy and making noise nightly.

Room was disgusting. Old furnishings, outdated hardware and fixtures, but worst of all the bedsheets and blankets were covered with stains. I refused to stay after discovering the state of the room and had to look for accommodations elsewhere. I've yet to hear from the property about any refund.

The room was possibly a handicap room, while showering it left puddles of water near the entry way door to the bathroom, which was a hazard. I had fake eyelashes & chip pieces underneath the mattress cover, I wanted to see if bed bugs were there. The room smelled like disinfectant too much and cigarettes. Loud people, which they can’t help.

The room was not cleaning. The bed sheets had stains on them. The hair dry was broken. The deposit was not paid at the proper time slot, it was paid 2 weeks after our stay.

To make matters worse, there’s been no response to either Expedia or my direct email regarding a refund or the experience. If you’re considering staying here, do yourself a favor—drive by after dark and take a look at the parking lot. That alone was enough to confirm I made the right decision by leaving.

The room was filthy and not cleaned. I had to go buy cleaning supplies and request new linens. I literally left it better than I found it and they dont want to return my deposit!

The property itself resembled a place occupied by drug users. The landscape 'planters' were occupied by long dead weeds. The room was clean enough. The bathroom door would not close. Not even a hook to hang your bathrobe inside the open door. No actual blanket on the bed! A single ply piece of fabric over the sheets. My husband had to find a housekeeper to replenish coffee supplies and towels. No maid service whatsoever. We carried our garbage to the dumpster. I was told we'd receive a refund of out $100.00 deposit. I was informed of this at check in, not before! My reservation was paid in full at check in! No refund on my credit card. For over $100.00 a night I expected more. The name of the hotel doesn't actually reflect what you get. The check in people were nice.

Good quality place to stay for a short period of time. Close to restaurants, fast food places, and shopping areas. Very close to the highway and airport, which is a plus. No issues with my room and breakfast was good.

The breakfast provided during my stay was fresh and satisfactory. However, the guest rooms are in urgent need of upgrades and maintenance. The photos displayed on your website do not accurately reflect the current reality of the rooms upon check-in. Specifically, the sheets in my room had visible stains, there was a strong and unpleasant odor, and the lamps and fixtures were heavily outdated. I highly recommend updating the room interiors and improving cleaning standards to match the expectations set by your online apps such Expedia etc

First assigned us a room that had not been made up from housekeeping from the previous guest. New room desperately needed to be swept and updated. Would not stay here again.

Upon checking in, I was informed if a $100 security deposit, refunded in 3-5 days. Day 5 and no refund. I'll give it a little more time before I call. Therecwere workers cleaning the property but have a long way to go.

Good location, very comfortable bed, small fridge and microwave. Good hot breakfast. Excellent friendly and helpful staff!
