Quality Inn Middleburg Heights near Cleveland Airport

Staff was very polite

Very soon after check-in, the faulty fire alarm went off continuously. The front staff was not helpful. Could not call anybody. I called 911 to report it. The fire department told the front desk worker that we could not stay there in that room because of the fire alarm going off. The quality Inn was unable to provide me with another room (but while the fire department and I were in the lobby on July 4th evening, he was quoting everyone who called room prices) so of course I asked for a refund and was not given one as of yet, and I’m still waiting for the $25 credit for to my key cash. We were in the Quality Inn’s lobby the next day to speak with Alex about my refund. He was not there so I was texting with an Expedia representative, and said they tried several times to call but the phone number rang while we were in the lobby). The front desk clerk told me that he did not have any contact information for an emergency. I chose to stay with you because of the location and the Continental hot breakfast. So I’m still waiting for my refund for the service your establishment couldn’t provide, I had to pay more for the room we did have and go out for breakfast, and let’s not forget about going back to the Quality Inn the next day at NOON to speak with the person who could help me (who was never there!) wasted a half of day of OUR vacation.

Got to room pulled they sheets back to check bed and saw three lil bed bugs told front desk they ask did I have pictures I had a whole video

Pretty if you stay in room 242 building B watch out for nose diving birds. Birds nest on top of the flood lights on the stairwell, parental birds sitting back watching out for them and nose diving you because you walked up the stairs. Try to tell them they didn’t even respond at the front desk, he just stood there looking at the computer. He knew the problem was there and didn’t take care of it. Kind of crazy to stay quiet when someone is trying to let you know of a situation.

We booked this room for 6 days and we're coming into town for two graduation parties. I found the room to be less than desireable. There was no closet. There is no maid service. apparently there was a leak in the room above us are selling was nothing but patchwork.

Will NEVER come back again!!

It was located close to the festival. It would have been nice to have a second chair in the room.

Room looked nothing like the Pictures, Desk Chair was falling apart, walls were patched but not painted, bathroom door would not even close...It was pretty disgusting actually!

Convenient. Staff was helpful changing my room. Wanted to be away from the noise as I was traveling with children. Changed it with no problem

I went to set on the desk chair and it collapsed.It was supposed to have 4 bolts holding the seat to the base and it only had two.One popped out which was what made me fall.I didn't get hurt but the way I fell made it hard to get up.I reported this to the front desk and the guy just said I'LL fix it.The real problem is that I had to pay a security deposit of 100.00 for security in case I damaged something.They didn't accept any responsibility for their lack of maintenance.

Not the safest area. Definitely had some questionable people in and out at all hours in the 2 rooms beside us.

Property is a like piece of shit motel. Usually other Quality Inn are okay but this motel is a terrible. They have bed bugs dirty place to stay.

Breakfast was good however no decaf coffee

The room was clean and the staff courteous. There were issues with check in, but overall the experience was adequate.

I honestly wish I could erase this experience from my memory. I had to stay awake the entire night because it was impossible to sleep in such conditions. If I had any other option, I would have walked out immediately. However, we arrived at 1:00 AM with my family, and it was simply too late and too difficult to find another place at that hour. Absolutely terrible.
