Quality Inn Middleburg Heights near Cleveland Airport

Our stay was for 4 nights and there was nothing I liked about this hotel. We had to re-hang the curtains, the floor was so dirty we couldn't remove our socks, the bathtub did not drain and they never cleaned our room. We had to ask for clean towels. Avoid this hotel!

Floor was sticky and room was humid even with AC running. Stayed for 3 nights and no housekeeping even after requesting it.

I had a great experience staying at the Quality Inn. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and everything was easy and convenient. The stay was relaxing, and I would definitely consider staying here again. Overall, a great place to stay for the price!

The rooms were not clean, even though they take a $100 deposit to ensure you leave it clean. The was trash left from the previous occupants and the floor by the beds was disgusting. Only one of our keys to the room worked and people were outside all night talking. The sheets were gross and had dead insect bodies/waste. The room is cheap for a reason.

Staff were good and helpful I had no issues. Great place to stay in while passing by or a friendly budget weekend getaway. The room was clean. No bugs, mold, or weird smells enjoyed my stay. Breakfast was good and staff made sure it was stock for the hours it was open.

I was charged extra $100 which I am disputing

This is not a hotel, it’s a motel. Area has heavy police presence. Rooms were dirty with hairs on floors and in bathroom. You can hear everything outside from in the room, felt very unsafe and bedding was old and not clean. Do not stay here

Location & cleanliness

The faculty was nice and understanding. Dirty bedding, blood on the mattress, and unsanitary environment.

Booked a king…got a queen the TV had Bo signal…the drapes needed repair to block the window…the whole property was filthy and I didn’t stay the second night and want a refund for the second night…absolutely seedy hotel

Older hotel that is on the run down side. Crumbs in the bed under the flat sheet telling me they didn’t change that bedding from the previous guest. Splashes of something along the base of the beds. Beds were….kinda ok. Only two flat pillows per bed. We only stayed the one night. It was late and we made due, but I wouldn’t recommend to anyone who doesn’t just need a quick night.

That it was close to where I needed to be. Disgusting ? Public hairs and literally poop ? in the sheets. Never again. I left and could not stay there. I am expecting my money to be returned. Which I could not get a hold of anyone on booking.com lastnight. Maybe after seeing this someone will reach out to me. Because this was disgusting!

The king sized bed was comfy, but nothing was clean We reserved a king sized bed days in advance, they gave us our room key, we walked in and it was 2 queens, so we go back up front and they decided to switch us without telling us because “they kings were dirty” so I asked her to make one priority, she was gonna make me wait until 5pm, it’s 1:30pm. The cleaning lady behind her said “actually 2 king rooms are available” so we ended up getting our king sized room AFTER we had to ask the questions, they were going to settle with no communication and poor service on their part! So dissatisfied

BED BUGS! Had 2 queens and found them in both beds! We left immediately without hesitation. I didn’t bother going to the front cause I was so disgusted and probably wouldn’t get a refund anyway. They leave the bathroom towels on the bed when you arrive also so I’m sure the bugs get everywhere. Don’t bring your children here.
