Home2 Suites by Hilton Middleburg Heights Cleveland

Otherwise, it seems like a very nice property, and the staff were all extremely hospitable from a maintenance person I passed in the hallway to the front desk folks, so many other aspects of this property are excellent. But please, don't advertise that sofabed as a viable place to sleep for $200 a night. That's just not fair.

Room was clean and welcoming.

Overall the place was nice however there was hair on the dresser and the toilet don’t go down right away. Also the blankets and pillows are terrible. Besides that the spot is conveniently located and the staff was very nice. We did not eat breakfast there.

You can't go wrong with this hotel. It is a great home away from home. The breakfast was over-the-top with food offerings. From three types of eggs to two to three choices of meat, oatmeal with tons of toppings. When I didn't have my i-phone charger, they came up with one for me. When I needed to work and it was past check- out time, I had a space I could do that. There was a laundry, great pool an fitness center. The room was quiet and the bed was good. There was a seperate living area and kitchen with dishes. Great place to stay.

I was met by Ryan and Kristin who were both very friendly. My requests per the reservation were met and we had no issues. It was important that we were on the first floor by an exit door because we were traveling with our dog. They both understood and took very good care of us.

It was close to the Berea railfanning area and my suite was very spacious and had everything I needed if staying multiple days! There wasn't anything I didn't like!

It was over all a very nice visit. Very friendly staff, clean, well maintained. I do wish the mattress wasn't so old and saggy. I didn't sleep great.

Looked good, but I have a special diet so I brought my own food and ate in my room. I did not see anything I did not like.

We liked it so much, we came back on the way home too! PS We did really LIKE the sugar cookies, maybe that is why we came back? Thanks to Ryan, for turning us on to them!

The room was clean and comfortable, and plenty of linens and towels were provided. The pool and picnic area is exceptional, and even the front of the hotel has a very welcoming sitting area with a fire pit. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

It was nice.

Ryan was very kind and helpful. The free breakfast was great. Many options.

Exceptional

Owners manager and all Staff are very friendly !! I have zero complaints about our stay

Enjoyed the stay

It was a nice stay for one night

Property was great. Very clean.

Very spacious suite. Good temperature control, full size fridge, sufficient dishes and glasses. Terrible pillows and coffee. Breakfast selections could be improved. Good location.

Conveniently located to BW University.

Check in was impeded by the computer system being down. Fortunately, I had my confirmation email on my phone, so we were able to complete our check in. The couple before us seemed to have some problems that caused a delay, however.
