Check in was impeded by the computer system being down. Fortunately, I had my confirmation email on my phone, so we were able to complete our check in. The couple before us seemed to have some problems that caused a delay, however.

I love this hotel but I have one problem, it says it is pet friendly on their website but does NOT say that there is a non-refundable $75 fee for this, if I had known I would have passed.

The walls were extremely thin, the bed was hard as a rock, half of the electric blinds didn’t work, the pillow was dark yellow and disgusting… some high points would be the pool, ease of the tv streaming
