Our stay was terrible. We were on the second floor and there mice in the room!!! Just awful!!

Not a lot The facility charged me 200 dollars more than what my reservation was booked for the place was dirty and there were prostitutes openly selling themselves outside of our room all night long the smoke alarms went off for over an hour at 1am and the fire department had to come

Nothing. Property was falling apart and holes in the walls. Everything. Other patrons were loud, fire alarm went off.

You had nothing to do with our stay we are lucky that we lived to tell the story… hotels.com did nothing for us at all. In fact we suffered greatly from hotels.com. Goodbye.

The room was not clean, there were paw print stains on the bed as well as a lot of mysterious crumbs, asked them to change the sheets and they insisted the bed was not dirty, just stained (despite the crumbs) and then changed the top blanket for us. on top of that there were several bugs I found around the room and a very strong odor in the room. Felt incredibly unsafe with the people around as well.

The price The room was so dirty. It smelled of cigarettes and mold. They even left disinfectant spray behind knowing how dirty it was. Stained curtains and just overall gross. So disappointed I booked this room for my friend to stay at so we could see each other. And she was left in horrible accommodations

It is okay but it could be better with very little

Since i paid for the room thru Expedia and there was an issue with not only my check in but there was no working hot water, i would expect Expedia to reimburse me for my one night stay ($79) instead of offering me $20 OneKey cash points. Red Roof has offered me their own points (over 6K) for the inconvenience. I don't travel much at all as I can't afford it. I would expect better.
