Overall the stay was great. However our carpet wasn't swept very well. When I was getting in my bed my feet had per fur on them. Also the corners has cob webs. The kickback was a little chaotic, had to wait in a lot of items. My suggestion would be have an extra person helping during that time. Breakfast was great. Hot and items were always fully stocked.

It is, however, an older outdated property. The bed was not comfortable, the AC unit was super loud and the refrigerator wasn’t cold at all. We were given a small refund and offered a different room but it wouldn’t really have been any different. This property would benefit greatly from an overall update and new mattresses. I was hoping for better but at least they seemed to care.

Everyone was. Eye friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was great and the staff was even better!

Room was clean and bathroom was great with shower power! Nothing like a great shower after you've drove all day. Plenty of pressure and vert hot! Breakfast was excellent, love that they had biscuits and sausage patties to make a sausage biscuit sandwich. Potatoes and the scrambled eggs were really good also.

Would be nice if the Hotel had the construction crews park their long trailers and Utility trucks in the lit next door,,, was no parking for 3 of the 5 days we were there had to park away fron the hotel….

The room wasn’t very clean. They was orange chips on the floor. The light switch in the bathroom looked dirty, I used a Clorox wipe and it came clean. The beds were terrible and just not in our room, 7 other families said theirs was uncomfortable and saggy when they sat on them. Stay was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very boring only a banana and orange were available for fruit. Only 1 flavor of yogurt available. We all will not be staying there next year

The girl at the desk violated my ADA rights by asking way too many questions about my service dog. She asked me the service the dog provided and I told her she helped me with my medical conditions! Then she Started asking all about the dogs training and she didn’t see my dog or meet my dog. She was very rude telling me that I can’t bring my dog in the lobby area and put me on the 4thFloor I’m a room that had been saturated with air freshener. Also the room connected to another room. The room was ok as far as cleanliness. The evening meal was terrible. We ordered out. The breakfast was horrible we got there30 minutes after it opened. The coffee was gone the potatoes were gone the sausage was cold the eggs were almost gone they were dry. It was a terrible experience. There was no fresh fruit except hard shriveled up tangerines. I had a bagel. I will never stay at that hotel again .

Really enjoyed our stay at the Drury Hotel. The property was super clean, comfortable, and the staff was absolutely wonderful from check-in to check-out. The only tiny issue was that our mini-fridge wasn't cooling very well, but everything else was fantastic. Would definitely stay here again!

We love Drury. However, they have become meccas for families to bring their children, especially for sporting and other events. Parents are prone to allowing their children to swim in the pool and use the hot tub without parental guidance all the way until closing at 10:00pm. This includes the children yelling, running, screaming, splashing and all around making it impossible for adults to enjoy their stay. When staff asks the children to stop, only for the children to start up as soon as the staff leaves, is unacceptable. And parents are not being held accountable. Either Drury needs to set a time such as 9pm as the cutoff where it’s 21 and over for the last hour or they are going to lose paying customers and cause their chain to become a dumping ground for children when parents want to sit and play cards and drink and not pay attention to their children. Other guests getting splashed in a hot tub and having ringing ears due to children screaming in the pool area until 10pm is just not worth the money.

The only thing I did not like was the low height of the commode, as an elderly person it is not easy to get back up from the sitting position.
