One star is generous. Every time someone in another room flushed, our room filled with a sewage smell — it was like the plumbing vented straight into our room. It hit us the first night and never went away, making the entire stay miserable. I’ve stayed at plenty of Comfort Inn & Suites locations and this was by far the worst. Between the smell and the overall condition of the room, I couldn’t wait to check out. I would not stay here again and can’t recommend it to anyone.

The staff were very helpful and assisted as needed. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast was wonderful.

The rooms were clean but smelt terrible. The hallways smelt terrible. Staff couldn’t understand us. They took clothes from our bathroom with the towels then couldn’t understand us when we asked for them back. Okay if you just need a place to put your head for the night.

Staff very pleasant and helpful. Motel showed it's age. Carpet around beds had pieces of something that needed to be vacuumed. Breakfast had a good selection of items. Parking was adequate. Location was very convenient to the Interstate.

The cleanliness of the rooms could be improved upon by going beyond Only surface cleaning. For example: had to switch rooms because the refrigerator had melted ice cream on frozen ice. The bathroom had a urine smell from just surface cleaning.

Comfort Inn and Suites had an immediate booking. Upon arrival, greeted by friendly staff and check-in was quick! Which was extremely helpful since we had a softball tournament to get too! Room and bathroom clean, stocked, and cool on arrival. Pool was small but clean with nice pool smell, towels came as soon as staff were alerted they were needing refilled. Check out at 11 was great for us!! Overall 4.5 *

Staff was nice but room was not clean. Tables were dirty with food, blood on the curtains and lot of hair in the bed and shower. Did not feel comfortable at all and would not stay again.
