Hampton Inn Middletown

Very clean. Staff always helpful. Great breakfast. Only bad thing was gym and pool always propped open and people who weren't guests came in to swim. We saw them park and walk right into pool. Supposed to use key card to get in and it was always propped open for non guests to come in.

Very clean room. My daughters were impressed by the welcome message on the TV screen. Clean and well maintained. Gym was comfortably air conditioned and equipment was working. We had some issues with the internet, but otherwise a great experience!

Bad: bathroom light above the sink would not turn on, need to replace/upgrade towels

I stay here every time I'm in Middletown and I will never stay anywhere else! Great breakfast. Huge rooms. Huge bathrooms.

Staff were friendly. Rooms had paint chipping, furniture old finish chipping, shower curtain dirty, not a clean smell. Breakfast: ran out of coffee had to leave before more was made, not attentive to stocking cups, lids etc, ran out of oatmeal at 9 and said couldn’t make anymore. Really the only breakfast I wanted

The breakfast was far from being good. Fruit was overripe, sausage and eggs were warm at best and tasteless. Overall very disappointed in breakfast.

The property was exceptionally clean, and the room had a fresh, pleasant scent. The environment was good and conducive to rest, with minimal noise throughout my stay. The staff demonstrated a high level of professionalism and courtesy. Additionally, the convenient location—directly across from Walmart—added to the overall positive experience. I would gladly choose to stay here again on future visits to Ohio.

Extremely nice Hotel. Very modern, great breakfast choices, staff was awesome easy safe parking and easy to get from interstate highway 75

Room was nice and very clean. No issue found wood stay there again.

Hotel was really clean and the room was very comfortable

I booked two rooms; One for James Locklin and the other for Sandra Locklin, and I was in 424. The room left much to be desired. The carpet was dirty and all floor areas were sticky as if something had been spilled on it. The shower did not appear to be clean. I was very disappointed. It was definitely not worth the price I paid for it. The continental breakfast was awful. The bagel tasted like a bagel, but the choice of food was very disappointing. The coffee was much to strong, and I was not able to have coffee eithe morning as I am use to having. I was also charged $1334.96 for two rooms, when I was supposed to be charged $1,317.84 for both rooms. What was $17.12 for; no explanation.

Everything was good

The beds (Mattress) were terrible they were worn out and need to be changed. Just about killed my back! I have always stayed at Hampton Inn but may need to look for something else for a good night's sleep since that is why you are there in the first place.

Great place to stay!
