Everything was welcoming and clean. The area was safe. The shuttle to downtown Newport was great with excellent drivers. My only downside which isn’t a big deal, was we didn’t get room service while we were there even though our stay length was warranted and we were scheduled to get it. I had to ask for towels, coffee and toilet paper which isn’t the end of the world but I was looking forward to a clean, refreshed room after a long hot day. I would still definitely stay there again.

Everything! Fred, our shuttle bus driver, and all the people we encountered were so warm and friendly. Exactly what we needed for a night away to a beautiful town. Thank you so very much! That we had to go.

Good stay, clean rooms. Pillows are very soft so made it hard to be comfortable... Firmer would be better. Other than that a get nice stay.

This property was a great place to stay on our girls trip to Newport. The shuttle service was well worth the $10 per person round trip fee. The shuttle drivers - Mike, Dennis and Fred - were so nice and had great suggestions of things to do and places to eat. The free breakfast at the hotel had lots of options for everyone. I would stay here again and would recommend it to others!

Everything was good except our room smelled like various offensive strong odors including cleaning supplies.

Modern,clean,excellent staff.A little bit noisy with the neighboring room.One of the two elevators was out of service.Conveniently located.

This was a really fun place to go with family and it is very clean and the morning food is a couple of things but good the staff where kind and we really liked it and the pool stays harm but that’s ok and there was really nice people

While only 15 minutes from the Newport mansions, this hotel provided a wonderful respite if you're planning on driving around town. The hotel was clean, the staff very accommodating - even checking in mid-stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Our king-sized bed room was roomy and quiet! We couldn't hear any noise from the hallway or other guests. The breakfast is also amazing! So many options! We look forward to another trip to Newport and the Hampton Inn & Suites!

This was a perfect hotel this staff was amazing it was clean it had everything updated. The pool was warm. It was in a great location easy to get downtown. I love this hotel I would stay again.
