Very clean, convenient location -- short drive/Lyft/Uber to main attractions in Newport. Suite configuration worked well for our friend party of 3, staff very friendly, easy parking. Breakfast just o.k. but convenient. Hotel allows dogs and kids which didn't bother us, but expect some noise.

Location, comfortable beds Was not sound proofed, I could hear the next door conversation clearly, only one elevator was working

Beautifully updated and clean. Good location and plenty of parking. Staff was nice. The only complaint was that the shower didn’t open at both ends and you had to get in half way to turn on the water with cold water splashing all over you. Also the AC unit compressor was very loud.

Did not care for shower. BATH TUB WAS TO HIGH AND WATER PRESSURE WAS TERRIBLE NOT ENOUGH OF WATER COMING OUT OF SHOWER. ALSO ALL THE MONEY WE PAIDED FOR THE ROOM THEY CLEANED EVERY OTHER DAY AND NOT GOOD WHEN CLEANED VERY DISSAPOINTED.

Great location to downtown Newport. Rest price and a very clean and comfortable stay.

The king-sized bed, cleanliness, and location of the hotel. Easy access to public transport to the centre of Newport. Indoor pool was nice too. The TV in the room did not offer local TV channels or popular TV channels like History, A&E, Discovery Channel networks, etc.
