Extremely reasonable, friendly staff and very clean room. Great stay!

The room was ok, spacious but dim lighting , all electricity outlets are behind furniture , very difficult to charge your electronics , vey bad internet connection , I had to use my phone as a hot spot for my laptop , very inconvenient , very old bathroom and bath tub but operate well, minimal amenities , I will only come back again if I’m desperate

Property outside was nice, staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms.....Had to change rooms due to the bedding having stains and smelled very musty. The replacement room was better. It's a nice place for the price and a short stay. It's definitely dated, well used, could use some attention on the small things; i.e. bedding, trim paint, clean out the freezer in the fridge, proper shower curtains, and some general deep cleaning in the hidden away areas (corners, behind furniture, etc). Also, no in room coffee maker but there were microwaves and fridges. Would I stay there again??? I'd have to check the room first.

Smells in the room

Would have been helpful to detail the room set up. The beds were too small for two people so my wife and I slept apart (not the worst thing...) but did make more work for the cleaning staff. Overall, good experience especially for the rate. Would return.

The room was clean , but very 1970s. The office doesn't open until after 10AM. There was a coffee maker in the office, but I had to drive to Dunkins,down the road to ge5 coffee in the morning. A coffee maker in the room would have been nice the refrigerator and microwave were a plus.

The motel was barely adequate. On the plus side, it was inexpensive for the area, the buildings had new windows so they opened easily, and they changed the towels and made the beds every day without having to ask. However, they only provided one hand towel tho two bath towels, and didn't provide any tissues. The wi-fi had no internet access until the last day although reported the second day. The parking lot was in bad shape with a drain in the middle that was blocked off because they had some sort of water issue behind one of the buildings and had a large hose running to the drain. But the BIGGEST issue for us was the animals in the walls. They were in the walls and ceiling of our bathroom and made a racket at night and early in the morning. Although reported to the front desk (which wasn't manned very often), nothing was done. They didn't even offer to move us to another room, although it was obvious that they had many unused rooms.

It is a basic low-cost motel -- everything I expected, nothing more. Pleasant staff, clean rooms (we took two) As I said, basic I cannot figure out why anyone would leave a negative review like some I saw. Don't believe them.

The hotel was a perfect base for my husband and I to go back and forth from for our long weekend and activities!
