Large nice room with balcony, quiet and greenery around. Large free car park. Restaurant and coffee on site. Close to shops and Newport area. Bad ratio price VS service. Little noisy AC. Room service not done for 2 days, without reason. Unable to provide the final bild at the end of the stay. We extend the stay for 1 night in the same room, price at phone was 278 $ but finally invoiced at 309 $ plus tax. No discussion we had to pay the requested amount. Not really happy about customer consideration. We spend more than 3000 $ in total.

Very friendly staff. Great bar atmosphere. Love the shuttle service to and from downtown.

The breakfast and restaurant overall was really good! The rooms were quite dark. The place could use an update and for the price it just was not what it should have been.

The rooms were a bit dated. The staff was professional, courteous, and very helpful. Breakfast was good, but I thought it was a bit pricey. I never made it out to the balcony so I cannot make a comment.

I liked the hotel and transportation into the main beach and shopping areas. I didn't like the pool closing early on our last night as I thought I'd enjoy it and they closed at 8 pm which was earlier than other nights of our stay. We thought we could go swim on our last night but they were closed. Communication when you check in on pool hours for different nights of the stay would have been welcome. Restaurant was pricey for bringing a family to eat. We had to find other places after the bill for the breakfast was so high.

1. They trick you and charge a 45$ a night amenity fee after you book. They let you know via a message before you arrive. This makes them not price competitive after this fee. Also…for what? The crappy pool and WiFi that literally every hotel provides for free these days? 2. They tried to put us in a weird wing of the building. No signs to the room number (3rd floor) Cleaning carts everywhere. Felt like a dungeon. Weird. They moved us once we complained. 3. The new “upgraded room - haha” had terrible water pressure. Hot water was sometimes available, but not all times. Definitely not coming back, and you shouldn’t either.

Location was fine for my needs as was visiting family. Didn’t appreciate the mandatory amenity fee as only used the hotel for sleep. Reception staff was very friendly and welcoming. The walk to my room was ridiculously far including a hike up 2 flights of stairs and a ramp. Being a senior citizen with mobility issues, it was less than pleasing. The room temp was 78 degrees when I first entered and after turning the dial down, the temp rose to 79. Engineer had to be called who explained the decorative panels had to be removed in order for it to function. Housekeeping wasn’t at its best as they never removed wet towels from the floor, didn’t replenish wash cloths or water. I had to report it twice one day as no one followed up after reporting it the first time. The bed and pillows were comfortable and found the room quiet. The room was pleasant enough but had no drawer storage, which for a 5 night stay, felt lacking. The shower and sink area were nicely designed with beautiful tile work. I ate breakfast at the restaurant one morning and didn’t care for the food.

First, the hotel’s listing says cribs are available, but what we were actually provided was a Cosco Pack ’n Play without a proper sheet cover. If you advertise cribs for families traveling with babies, I would expect an appropriate and safe sleeping setup—not simply a bare Pack ’n Play. Second, the room is advertised as having “blackout curtains.” While there are curtains, they only cover about 90% of the window, leaving a significant amount of light coming into the room. With an infant who needs daytime naps, this made it essentially impossible to create a dark sleeping environment. The worst issue was the air conditioning. It was extremely loud, to the point that I was startled every time it turned on or off. Even with white noise running, the adults in the room had difficulty sleeping. For a room costing $700 a night, I find this completely unacceptable. Finally, the pool closes at 8 PM. For a resort hotel, an 8 PM pool closing feels unnecessarily early. Families often return from dinner or activities later in the evening and would reasonably expect to be able to enjoy the resort amenities. Overall, we paid a premium price expecting a comfortable, family-friendly stay, and the experience simply did not justify the cost.

Great parking. Great service. Shuttle service to town. Yoga by the pool was great. Heated pool the kids enjoyed it.

location and price are great. shuttle to downtown consistent all day. Property is very clean. staff terrific. restaurant is family friendly. Cons - restaurant is limited. not open for lunch, small menu for breakfast and dinner. quality is good but not great. one or 2 dishes were very good. - No dressers in rooms to put clothing. have to request iron and board. - one central elevator. a lot of walking for some rooms on the far end.

Provided a shuttle to and from town, which was very useful.
