It was the cheapest option It was just on a street anybody could walk up to your door or window from street. Furthermore the property management is shady, they just charged me for a broken window pane after I checked out, it seems they use this fraudulent tactic towards people who do a short stay or have booked through an app

Excellent hot breakfast! Not ADA compliant

We didn’t utilize the breakfast. Decided to go out. It just seems a little bit outdated for the price but it was fine. Comfortable.

The hotel is also pet-friendly. The family we traveled with stayed in a pet-friendly room, and there was a noticeable pet odor in that room. If you’re sensitive to smells or prefer a room that hasn’t housed pets, it may be worth requesting a non-pet room when booking.

Room was not clean at all, there were still items under the bed from the previous guest and we found multiple ants. Breakfast was small and disappointing

The location, close to downtown. The place is too expensive for what they offer. We walked in and we noticed a horrible smell probably from the old carpet they have is in the whole hallway. Not even sure if that carpet was clean. Our room was ok but the entire space was taken by a huge bed. The bathroom faucet was making a big sound when the hot water was running. Overall the money we paid was way too much for an Inn. The breakfast room was very small, able to host not more than 5 people at a time. The breakfast was a joke.

We got to check in early thanks to the kind gentleman working the front desk. The room was small, dated, and most importantly, NOT anywhere near the images shown on the website. Completely false advertising. It was also not properly cleaned.
-
Front desk staff was very friendly, and the room was clean and updated. Ground floor room was noisy from footfalls upstairs, and breakfast was a bit meager.
-
The front desk man was polite and friendly. Property was clean; had soap, shampoo, conditioner and a hair dryer. Good location and felt safe in the area.

The room was okay - not what we expected

Nothing I showed up and the door was locked. With a sign on it that said "No Vacancy. Call XYZ number for emergencies". I called the Inn and the "emergency number". Neither of which picked up. I came there after traveling 3 hours and working for 12. I was exhausted and just needed to sleep before my 3 hour drive home the next day. Instead I drove home after there was no where to sleep. Wasted $189 and was sleep deprived. Never again. I will be opening a case with Booking.com and with my American Express.

Everything was pretty well beside the tv didn’t have any cancels besides one

Clean room, friendly staff. Room was bigger than typical rooms. Cute building and town.
-
Location and easy in and out for checkout. The bathroom layout wasn't the best, and nowhere to put toiletries, no medicine cabinet or cabinet with drawers.
-
bathroom toilet had a loose seat and the toilet fixture was in an odd position relative to the walls(crooked, not square to the walls). the tub had patches of caulking, and the sink was draining slowly) this particular room had a second door to the interior hallway which was not capable to be locked to the lockset.
-
Conveniently located. Room seemed to be recently remodeled. Tv didn’t work, halls had a stale smell, breakfast was so so. Shower hot/cold water flow was hard to gauge.
-
Nothing Room not cleaned, smelled sour
-
Nothing The pillows had balls of cotton and were so worn out. They need to be replaced desperately. Room 218 is right next to the door that slams shut all night long. The road was very loud. The shower knob was broken. It was just an awful experience. My husband said it was the worst place we have ever stayed.

staff were inviting and friendly and very helpful room did not get cleaned once in the 3 nights we stayed, the first two days all day we were out and about and left the sign in the door handle for it to be cleaned, it never was. the third day before leaving i talked to front desk, they told me they would be coming around later and to leave the sign out, so i did, long behold they didn’t come again. at this point i needed more towels so i went and got them from the front desk, while our room was filled with garbage and dirty linens. also should note that the staff did try coming in once but it was when we got back then they left after saying they would come back later, they never did. also side note, the breakfast room is the size of a closet, actually i’ve seen bigger closets and it was mediocre at best.
