Room was very clean and nice, the kitchen actually had most things that were needed. Close to food, grocery store, gas and attractions. The only issue was that the pool wasn't open while we were there and my son really wanted to go. But the hotel next door was nice enough to let us use theirs.

Great location and an excellent overall property. The hotel seems fairly new, with everything in very good condition and well maintained. Breakfast was a highlight, very good with plenty of options. Room size and layout were perfect. The only downside was that I was expecting a pool, but it wasn’t available yet and appeared to still be under construction. Overall, a very pleasant stay with just that one small disappointment. Highly recommend!

My partner and I stayed one night here with our Dog, and will stay here again when in the area! The staff was lovely and the property was clean and comfy!

Quality food and a variety of healthy choices for breakfast. Staff on top of things and very helpful. Pool and hot tub were very nice. Clean room and comfortable bed.

The rooms are clean, big and super comfortable. The location is 15-20 minutes from downtown Newport. We went for a labor day wedding and the prices of hotels in Newport were incredibly unaffordable for us, so this was the perfect solution. We got an Uber to get to an evening wedding on the water and everything worked out perfectly.

The location was very convenient, just minutes from the beaches and downtown. The staff was very attentive, and the breakfast was excellent.
