We checked in late and found a grease stain on the headboard, coffee stains on the desk, fingerprints on the door, a sticky spot on the carpet, and leftover food in the refrigerator. The shower would only drain if we removed the top of the drain. I told the housekeeping manager the next day, but they didn’t seem very concerned. On a cold day, I turned on the heat and the smoke alarms went off, so the heating system needs attention. The overnight front desk employee was very helpful, and the support staff brought us things we needed, including a crib, quickly. They helped keep us comfortable throughout the week. Parking was plentiful, with convenient spots for bringing luggage to the room, and having an Applebee’s connected to the building was handy. The outdoor area was nice. We used the small pool once, but the water looked murky, so we didn’t go back. The room didn’t smell bad, but it wasn’t clean enough for a stay costing about $400 a night. There were some helpful people and conveniences, but overall, I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

10/10 stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we had a wonderful experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

The gym consisted of 2 treadmills and 2 stationary bikes, a little more equipment would have been nice. Some weights and some elliptical machines.

Great place. Pool was heated and well maintained as was the hot tub. An added bonus was that Applebee's resturant was connected to the hotel and we didn't have to leave to go to dinner. We were tired, so this was very convenient. Beds were comfortable. Would stay there again. Also, not far from Cliff walk.

The bathrooms were dirty, the sheets made my skin itchy, and the woman who checked us in at the front desk was really rude. I actually was shocked by how rude / how much attitude she had. It was not a pleasant experience overall. If the front desk was friendlier, I'd be nicer about it but they were just extremely unfriendly.

We stayed at this hotel after moving my daughter into URI. The location was perfect for us as we wanted to visit the mansions in Newport. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, water pressure was good in the shower. We like the fact that we had our own private balcony. Complementary breakfast was good to start our day. Free parking. I have no complaints about our stay here.
