The location was close to Newport. The staff were nice. The rooms and hotel were clean. Breakfast was the standard in hotels like these. Enjoyed our stay.

Guests should be informed if their room is in the back building before check-in so they don’t unload the luggages and be told afterwards to reload and drive further to the back building/part of the hotel. Also, breakfast needs a wider selection including healthier options. Having some complementary water bottles would help.

The property was affordable, clean and staff pleasant. We truly appreciated the shuttle service, it was accommodating and reliable. The lack of an elevator although not a significant issue, would be for travelers carrying luggage.

I didn't think the lady at the front desk was very friendly when I checked in and there were hairs on my shower wall that were not mine. But it was a very well furnished, decorated, and otherwise well kept property and the morning staff was friendly and the dining area staff was very proactive in keeping the tables clean. I don't like that there was an (albeit locked) sliding door that provided access to my room and it was still pricey for what it was.
