The staff was exceptional. Very friendly and very helpful. Even though there were a lot of families, everyone quieted down at night. Very peaceful environment.

They had a decent area to walk my dog for pottying.

The front desk staff, especially the evening crew, were fabulous!! I wish I’d had cash on me to tip the girl at the desk. The cookies & caramel popcorn were great!!

Pool and hot tub walls need a good cleaning. Everything else was okay.

It is too bad that this hotel is listed as a 2+ star property, as that does not do it justice. I spent 3 nights there and it was nicer than most 4 star hotels I have stayed in recently. Staff, including cleaning staff, were wonderful, the room was clean and fresh, there are beverages and popcorn in the lobby at designated times, and a large clean breakfast area with a continental breakfast. It's not a new hotel, but it is well painted and pleasantly clean! I will definitely stay there again on my next trip to Midland.

Greeted by a long timer Michigan resident who was very accommodating. My room was quite roomy and very clean. Unlike most hotels in the area, fresh towels were delivered on a daily basis and the room was tidied up by the maid.

Stayed at a few Baymont hotels in the past, and were apprehensive to even try another one. We are thankful we did! This was by far the best one, and far exceeded expectations. The beautiful bus collection, the painted rock snake, the cleanliness of the entire grounds…it was phenomenal. Do not hesitate to stay here, we will be returning.

Not at all as I expected this place is Old outdated in the location so disappointing. Everything is built around the 1960s. I think Baymont will not be on my list of places to visit in the future. I was so disappointed the breakfast thumbs down.👎

Very nice to be greeted by a “local” staff at this hotel! You could really tell all the difference with the free cappuccino, water, popcorn, and friendly service! The room was clean with plenty of extra soap and towels. So refreshing to experience some American hospitality!

Great staff, room was decent, air worked great. Nice breakfast, didn’t use any pools or buttons though, just didn’t have the time.
