The hot tub was broken. That’s one reason I chose to stay there

Location was good, next to the highway and easy to find with gps. Breakfast was poor, not much to choose to eat. Carpet especially on second floor was old, outdated. Bathroom has to be remodeled, its very old style and super tight. The light inside bathroom was too bright and fan was too loud.

The location was near to the event we were attending. The room needed some additional cleaning. It was taken care of while we were out.

Towels looked and felt like 30 years old and threadbare. They were small and itchy. I wouldn’t use them to dry my dog. Borrowed towels from my mother-in-law. For the cost they should have been so much better!

The microwave didn’t have the correct glass tray in it so it didn’t rotate to cook the food. Also machinery in the parking lot was very loud and was shaking the whole room. We had a very hard time sleeping because of it.

The staff were welcoming and helpful. Very nice from the time I checked in, to the time I checked out.

Staff (front desk and housekeeping ) were very helpful. We came in on a red eye to Detroit and drove here. Luckily our room was ready. We missed breakfast so we have no comments for that. Bed and pillows were comfortable and we got a good nights sleep.
