Bed was comfortable and the shower was great. Would’ve been nice with a slightly bigger window, but we were just sleeping anyway. Restaurants close by so even though breakfast was a little bit minimalist we were able to get something to supplement it. Nice place. I would stay here again.

Location and the room was nice Was there from Thursday - Sunday . Housekeeping came once at 5:30 on Saturday and emptied trash and brought towels - never made the bed ever. Sign up that housekeeping comes every other day - seriously? Housekeeping daily she be included in the rate. Provide only two towels in a room designed for 2 people and those are to last 2 1/2 days. Substandard. Elevator was seriously sketchy and scary.

Good breakfast and easy access to Dow Gardens. Bed was comfortable. Elevator not near stairwell and stairwells not easily marked. Hot tub not very hot.

Hotel being renovated. Dust and noise during the day. Items missing from breakfast buffet. Lukewarm water 4/6 nights. Requested 6 extra hangers on the first night, got 7 in about 10 minutes.

The shower was completely out of body wash. Had to use shampoo to lather up.

Motel is very clean & well kept! Everyone was very nice! I would recommend this motel to everyone!

And it would have been nice if there had been another way out of their parking lot because Eastman road is very busy.

Very clean - beds were comfy - rooms were modern and comfortable. Pool amenities were nice - we were in town for a softball tournament and the parents visited and lounged in the patio area outside of the pool - wish there was shade or a canopy for out there - got really hot but the sun was nice too! N/a

Room was nice aside from STink bugs in room and Outlets in Night stand were so lose i couldnt plug in my CPAP machine and front desk had no other rooms available. So pretty much got no sleep and back was killing me. First time in awhile

The breakfast was awesome with a large variety of items to choose from. Didn’t dislike anything.

The room was great. For the location, I expected lower prices and a much better breakfast. We pretty much had rubber eggs.
