The location and breakfast were nice. No fitness room (under construction), the pool was very cold and water so cloudy and I found that the housekeeping staff needs to pay attention to detail as when I showered there was no body wash or shampoo, the bottles were completely empty.

Location, staff was very friendly and helpful It was almost impossible to contact hotel!!! The internet listed 3 different phone numbers and it would NOT let me talk directly to hotel!! The 3rd time some person said they would transfer me, only to be placed on hold for 28 minutes, I hung up!!!!

Breakfast was nothing special and not really warm. Bacon appeared to be microwave bacon. Room/beds very clean and comfortable. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Smart TV hard to figure out - found a cable plugged in wrong HDMI and got it working. Hotel conveniently located in a nice shopping/eating area close to our destination. I would definitely return.

The hotel was under renovations and you wouldn’t even know it. So clean so quiet and the breakfast was amazing.

The room smelled like an animal.

I arrived to check in at 3:30 pm. The posted check in time was 3:00 pm. Our room was not ready until 5:00pm. The room was “newly” renovated but when we saw the room it looked to be in poor condition. There was a large (2 ft) crack in the shower wall and the shower floor was uneven and bumpy. The door frame looked as if it had been ripped apart and nailed back together with no repairs. The wallpaper was peels the seems and the walls were dinged up. The bed was comfortable and the staff I encountered were all great, but the room was not worth the price I paid.

Clean Room, Staff were all very friendly and accommodating front desk to housekeeping. I had a little hiccup upon check in and the front desk helped sort it all out to accommodate my needs and get it all figured out and in a timely manner they were all so wonderful. I can not say enough about the staff.

Not sure how any hotel would consider a bathroom without a lock or stay closed as acceptable

We stayed in Midland to meet up with some friends who live in the area. Nice clean hotel and a very nice staff. We will return when we are back in town.

Bed was comfortable and the shower was great. Would’ve been nice with a slightly bigger window, but we were just sleeping anyway. Restaurants close by so even though breakfast was a little bit minimalist we were able to get something to supplement it. Nice place. I would stay here again.

Location and the room was nice Was there from Thursday - Sunday . Housekeeping came once at 5:30 on Saturday and emptied trash and brought towels - never made the bed ever. Sign up that housekeeping comes every other day - seriously? Housekeeping daily she be included in the rate. Provide only two towels in a room designed for 2 people and those are to last 2 1/2 days. Substandard. Elevator was seriously sketchy and scary.

Room size was good, not too small. Staff friendly. No hot water for morning showers.🙁
