SpringHill Suites Marriott Midland

Our stay was good. Bed was OK but took a little adjusting to get comfortable.

This property is starting to age (furnishings, carpet). It was clean but some maintenance things (excessive weeds) are neglected. At breakfast, both the salsa and cartons of milk were sour pointing to a refrigeration problem. All the varieties of coffee ran out at breakfast and were not replaced for over a half hour at which time we gave up and left.

Our stay was very nice. Spacious, clean room. Breakfast was plentiful, with a nice assortment of food. Very nice gym for our morning workout. Parking was great, and the staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Had a great time….. everyone was great and the food was really good!!!

Good Oatmeal

My room was unacceptable, it looked like someone just did the bare minimum. The sheets had stains on them, the bed spread and pillows had hair. The bathroom was not swept the pull out sleep bed was dirty. The only reason i didn’t leave was because it was late at night and my family was tired. The staff was accommodating and transferred me to a clean room, no problem with them. Very kind and understanding.

The proximity to anything you could think of was excellent. The staff were all exceptionally nice and very accommodating.

Fantastic stay! Staff were friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Room was huge and accommodated the 5 of us easily. Breakfast was plentiful. Excellent location. Lots of food options around the hotel. Lots of smoke from Canada during our stay and staff couldn't have been nicer about it. Would definitely stay again.

another one where the toiletries weren't topped up in the room (ran out of conditioner in the shower), numerous issues with the door lock acting weird. I'm staying 20 minutes further away at a Courtyard for the rest of the project.

Great stay in a great place.

Housekeeping repeatedly left trash (cardboard boxes) that were placed next to the trash can, and didn't top off toiletries. Ran out of body wash in the shower.

Great location and clean

Absolutely awful customer service from the site manager. Power went out in the middle of summer with no air or lights for an extended amount of time with no resolution in sight! Staff on site told us we could check out and be refunded! Many of us checked out and were unable to receive an immediate refund but were told to contact the manager on Monday and she would reimburse us. I contacted the manager that week only to be informed they were not going to reimburse anyone! I paid for a room that had no power and that I didn’t even stay in! I paid to relocate to a hotel that was much nicer and should have booked anyway. I coach softball and had a bunch of families staying at this hotel. We play multiple tournaments in this area and will NEVER stay here again. I hope the 1 night of not refunding my money was worth the many weekends/families staying at your hotel in the future!
