Great stay in a great place.

Housekeeping repeatedly left trash (cardboard boxes) that were placed next to the trash can, and didn't top off toiletries. Ran out of body wash in the shower.

Great location and clean

Absolutely awful customer service from the site manager. Power went out in the middle of summer with no air or lights for an extended amount of time with no resolution in sight! Staff on site told us we could check out and be refunded! Many of us checked out and were unable to receive an immediate refund but were told to contact the manager on Monday and she would reimburse us. I contacted the manager that week only to be informed they were not going to reimburse anyone! I paid for a room that had no power and that I didn’t even stay in! I paid to relocate to a hotel that was much nicer and should have booked anyway. I coach softball and had a bunch of families staying at this hotel. We play multiple tournaments in this area and will NEVER stay here again. I hope the 1 night of not refunding my money was worth the many weekends/families staying at your hotel in the future!

Breakfast was good wish it had more fruit selection but food was prepared nicely. The staff here is very accommodating and friendly. Great location to all kinds of restaurants and shopping. The air conditioning unit in our room was very loud. Set the temp on 69 and the room never got below 74 degrees. Terrible night sleep for 2 nights.

I stayed here back in January, I booked a room with an accessible tub and was placed in a suite with a shower. After the initial complaint they moved my family up a floor to a room with a tub. The hardware from the faucet had water spraying all over the bathroom, which I wasn’t impressed about given it was a new property. I needed this tub given I was postpartum and healing, this was specifically the reason why I booked to begin with. I was in tears at this point and the tub itself was dirty and had human hair in it. It made me feel worthless in my time of need that they couldn’t give me a functional, clean room in one of the newest hotels in Midland. After another time complaining, the girl at the desk offered points towards my next stay. I don’t know anything about how that would have came to my credit. To this day I still feel robbed and cheated of what should have been a healing experience for me, and it was never made right by management. I hope that anyone who thinks of staying here takes their hard earned money to someone more accommodating and actually cares about their guests and their needs.

Everything was great!

Suite was nice however it could use a perimeter clean vacuum around those spaces vacuum don't get. Staff was nice and accommodating. check-in was simple. Breakfast was ordinary. I liked there Bold coffee. Easy to find location and close to Meijer. Great parking.
