Clean Front desk lady was very rude

It was in a centralized location for our trip. Beds were comfortable. The front desk was rude to the elderly couple in front of us. She mumbled and was hard to understand when we checked in. I'd rather be checked in by a robot.

I booked a room and made a mistake and booked it for the next day I reached out to them to have the date changed and received a new confirmation saying my date was changed and drove all the way up there only to be told that my date was not changed in their system even tho I received a new confirmation and ended up having to spend more money on a room that I already just paid $304 for. I still have not received my credit for the room that was not available for me when I got to the hotel but have received the $24 credit in the difference in the rooms from the date changed. This was Friday night and I still have not heard from anyone regarding it. I just want my money back for a room that was not available for me when I got to your establishment.

The toilet paper is way too far away from the toilet and the bathroom sink is too tall for children. The complimentary breakfast should be included for each night stayed. We stayed two nights and only received one breakfast.

I took grandkids school shopping just like I do every year! Location is good! I left my necklace with my son‘s ashes in my locket on the nightstand. I called the gentleman at the front desk. He found it and sent it right out to me A+ for your worker. Mattresses need an update and pillows!

Everything was great. We were interested in the pool based on the pictures and it didn't disappoint. Everything was clean and decorated beautifully. We were very happy staying there and would stay again. We were surprised by the charge for breakfast, but it was really good and worth the cost. It seemed better than at some places we have been to where the breakfast was free.
