Residence Inn Midland Marriott

We had a 2 bedroom suite and it was perfect.

We liked our room and how spacious it was

Rooms were clean and the staff were helpful.

This is an excellent, newer property. Everything very clean and modern.

I did not appreciate that the shower was not working properly. Half of the water came out of the faucet at the bottom and half came out at the showerhead the last time I was there prior to this last visit there was no hot water. I’m not sure if I will stay there the next time.

First time ever stay in a residence inn and everything was pretty good room was clean and spacious

We loved staying here. The pool and hot tub were great! The daily breakfast options tasted good and provided an excellent free meal for our family. The room was very large and comfortable. The hotel is located in a perfect location to get to the mall, cinema, shopping outlets, stores, and food. We absolutely loved everything about this hotel. The staff was very friendly and just all around great!

Clean spacious king suite. Restaurants are walkable, Walmart right next-door, but it’s still quiet and safe.

The place was very clean everywhere. Breakfast was very nice. BUT, there are no USB ports in the rooms! I had to go down to the lobby to plug my phone in! This is VERY inconvenient for those of us who use a computer and are in Midland working. Also there aren't hair dryers in the rooms. First time I've ever encountered that! Might not matter to the men, but to us women with long hair...OMG! And last, there is no place in the lobby to buy any toiletries you might have forgotten to pack, much less a USB adaptor.

Wonderful pool and hot tub - liked a warm shower at the pool before heading back to our room. We will stay there again!

This hotel was excellent and the staff is very helpful

Loved the room. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The door lock stuck. You had to mess with the handle to get the lock to go back in place. The desks recommendation was not pulling the handle down all the way when you opened it. Definitely need to figure out a different solution with the door.

Love having an entire kitchen small dining area extra couch bed and I always particularly enjoy having a full vanity outside of the bathroom. Please hotels are just really well planned out if you want the experience of a small efficiency apartment versus a hotel room. And they're nice Coast to Coast we just were in a Residence Inn while we visited California. Well there's nothing that the hotel can do but I really don't Like The location of Midland. We were there for a funeral and it was very cold. If you have to stay in the middle of a mitten, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Absolutely

Great customer service. Everyone was helpful and did their best to provide a comfortable experience. The pool was too cold for most(frequent comments made in the pool area by various guests). Hot tub was nice though.
