The staff was very nice & friendly. The spa was clean. The gym was nice. Overall, it was a good stay. I would stay there again despite everything.

Great stay for our family during a soccer tournament.

The night before I had to check-out, I contacted Jessica at the hotel's front desk at approximately 8:30 p.m. and asked her to set me up with a 5:00 a.m. wake-up call so I could return my rented vehicle and catch my flight. Jessica said, "No worry". I went to sleep and woke up on my own at 8:15 a.m. Upon clearing my head, I panicked when I realized I would not make my flight. MY 5:00 A.M. WAKE-UP CALL DID NOT OCCUR! After I finished packing, I went downstairs to speak to the hotel manager about not getting the 5:00 a.m. wake-up call I requested from Jessica the night before; however, the front desk clerk, Daniel, told me the hotel manager would not arrive for work until 11:00 a.m. I was extremely upset: the 5:00 a.m. wake-up call I did not receive has caused me to miss my flight, and there is no hotel manager available to make my complaint to. It seems to me the hotel would want the hotel manager available during the early morning hours in the event patrons have a problem with their billing while checking out of the hotel. As a bonus item, the door that separates the bedroom from the living room/kitchen area needs to be repair so the door will remain closed.

Amazing amenities! Everything was great, and the staff was really helpful all the time I even forgot my hairdryer and they gave it back to me!

2nd time i stayed and upon arrival and check in my bathroom was dirty took several tries to get them to clean it right sent an email and in an entire week time they were apparently do busy they couldn’t find the time to even responded with a simple apology won’t be returning after 7 week long stays i still want a good enough customer to be apologized to.

I love this hotel. I will recommend it to everyone. I would love to stay again if I visit. It was an amazing breakfast,the staff loving,kind and very respectful. This hotel was beautiful the pool and the hot tub.My kids love it.Thank you so much we enjoy our stay it was amazing I love everything

Hotel was ok overall for three nights with the family. The kitchen was a good touch but no table in the room to eat at which kinda sucked with three kids. Few stains on the carpet in the room we had which it is what it is but kinda gross at the same time. They only had one trolly to move luggage in and out which sucked when we had to leave. Pool and hot tub are nice touch being outside. Breakfast was average and not a lot of seating to eat.

I feel like the pool and hot tub could have used more maintenance with cleaning out the leaves and rocks on the bottom. Having towels at the pool to use would also have been nice. We had to walk back to the front desk and ask for some. Not the biggest deal, but most places provide towels poolside. The hotel was quiet and the staff was helpful. I'm grateful for the working A/C on the 100 degree temperature days we stayed there.

Room was great, clean and well put together. Breakfast was where the hotel lacked. The food was typical continental breakfast, but we had to ask for coffee everyday, and it was usually brought out cold. The staff over breakfast didn’t really seem to care about anything.

It was a great place for my family to stay, only wish the hot tub was hotter. Other than that it was great!
