This was a nightmare the room looked nothing like the pictures. The description said that the walls were soundproof. They were not I didn’t have a smoke detector in my room bathroom door did not shut. You had to pick it up and lift it a little just for it to shut. There were stains all over the walls on the, on the floor, hardwood was coming apart was not done right the light shades were stained. The refrigerator was dirty and in the middle of the night, someone tried to come in our door the adjoining door to another room somebody was walking past our window and looking in our window and when I complained to the front desk about it, the lady just said I’m sorry that happened to you and I told her everything about the room and she just ha ha, I’m sorry you experienced that.

This property is really run down. There is a laundry room but AC does not work and it had to be a 120 degrees inside, and a tweaker kept walking by and I had to watch laundry. Room 116 TV in the room is analog and has a bad picture. The lock on the door looks like some tried to remove it and has a half inch gap from the door and the door does not line with the lock and must fiddle with it and there is no additional latch for security. 116 is in a hallway and cigarette smoke was burning my eyes, I had to put a towel down at base of door to help keep smoke out. The sign that says 'HOT TUB' at the pool is coated my bird crap. This motel does weekly rentals and several addicts and homeless frequent this place. The bathroom had been updated recently , except for the bath tub, no wash clothes provided. I paid $77 for this room on Thursday which is completely predatory imo. Do this neighborhood a favor and bring in the wrecking ball.

The door looked like it had been kicked in and the air barely worked. The sink was dirty. The lamp shades were cracked and had markings all over them.

Not even anything like the pictures online from the property to the rooms I checked out an hour later after asking to upgrade to better room and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone

Mucho ruido pero todo limpio y faltaron toallas ya no ponen toallas para manos

The bathroom had mold on the walls. The clientele made me feel unsafe. My son could not go out for a smoke without being asked by someone if he had any drugs. The staff was unhelpful.

The room wasn’t very clean. Found hair on our pillows and lightly stained pillowcases. They didn’t have a room ready for us when we arrived on time for our check in. Within about two hours of us attempting to relax after a five hour drive a man came and was banging on our window aggressively and trying to look inside for five minutes. The man at the front desk brushed this off and excused the man saying he “might have had friends in that room before.” He refused to give us a refund saying it was too late. He said it wasn’t his issue to deal with the people around his own property.

There was a left over bra strap hanging from one of the lamps in my room. Staff couldn’t figure out how to check me in and had to run outside with other guests and soon as he figured it out. The room was hot to begin with. Took a while for the air conditioner to cool the room off. The door also did not lock.

Location and the A/C worked Drug dealers, hookers, no TV remote, no phone in the room, I didn't feel safe.

This was probably one of the worst rooms I have ever stayed at went to a concert (girl trip) The rooms are completely out of date. The beds were really hard and would lean to one side as if it would flip over if you went to in the middle. There was no refrigerator. The floors in the room were so filthy. Parking was all right for the most part, but definitely very sketchy. There were a bunch of random people all over in the parking lot that made us feel very uncomfortable as they stared us down and kept pacing around the back of our vehicle. There was people, yelling and door slamming all night. When we got up this morning to leave there were people sleeping outside of the motel with dogs and a bunch of trash. It definitely wasn’t in great vibes at all and we could not wait to get the heck out of there.
