Parking was nice

clean but when we washed floor with a washrag and it was filthy, but looked clean

We had a jacuzzi tub in the room, which was wonderful on our very long road trip. The girl at the front seat was very helpful with informing us how to use the jacuzzi. The room was spacious and clean.

Room was clean. Upon arrival tell us that they have laundry services but out of two washers and dryers only one was working. And didn't wash well. Its a 10 day road trip. I have to carry wet clothes. The room was clean. However, upon arrival we were informed that laundry services were available, but only one of the two washers and dryers was working, and it did not clean properly. Since we are on a 10-day road trip, I had to continue the journey with wet clothes. More review form The room was clean and well maintained. However, at check-in we were informed that laundry facilities were available, but only one of the two washers and dryers was functioning. Unfortunately, the working machine did not clean effectively. As we are on a 10-day road trip, this caused inconvenience, and we had to continue our journey with damp clothes.

Things that stuck out. Phone didn’t work in one room, shower hot/cold lever was hanging off the shower in another, security latch was busted in the another room, and AC had light coming through the opening (suggesting not really sealed). I heard issues from others but staff always accomodsted and tried to make it better and they were nice. The place is just feels used and is in a run down part of town but it didn’t feel ‘dangerous’ and the savings from not keeping it pristine is passed on in the price.

only plus was that the waffles in the free breakfast were delicious

My stay there was relaxing and enjoyable.

This property is a bit past its prime and is not being very well maintained. The floor in our room was sticky and the toilet had a leak so it would run intermittently thru out our stay. The breakfast was minimalistic to say the least, the coffee had grounds in it and the hard boiled eggs were gray - not at all appetizing. Certainly could have been better by just ensuring all the food groups were present. The workout room was missing weight sets and there were no towels or sanitizer to wipe off the equipment. We won’t be staying here again.

I arrived late and my room was given away. I paid for the room, so they double booked it and kept my money.

Beautiful property, rooms clean and very quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

I didn’t even stay the night. I got my deposit back and left. My room was disgusting. There was weird stains on the walls and headboard. The room had an odd smell to it that was nauseating. Do NOT stay at this hotel. They give you a nasty room and won’t even refund you the money you spend. Worst 120 bucks I’ve ever spent.

Decent room. Friendly staff.
