My room was very dirty. Especially the bathroom. There have been things fixed in the room done very poorly. When you fix something people should not be able to tell it’s been repaired. Towels were stained. Not at all up to par with what I’m used to when I stay at a Radisson . I won’t stay at that one agin.

Manager the property manager GG is a liar and a thief. He lied to me about a canceled booking so that I would leave and he could double book the room. He also charged me . Deposits for 1 room. He's a scoundrel and he will get what he has coming to him.

The room was nice enough, liked the laminate flooring, as it made it easy to clean if you’re traveling with kids or a pet. It was nice that there was a pool. Beware the property does not look like the pictures, definitely more ran down but would probably stay again.

Love that this place was right by the freeway. Very small but very great service! They also had great food selection around the place.

Could have been much cleaner.
-
Great place to stay..loved it look forward to staying there again

The location was very good—close to everything. The room was clean, the air conditioning worked very well, the shower was good, and the bed was comfortable. I was just disappointed with the breakfast; it was 8 a.m., yet there was no milk or juice, and the bread was dry.

This is actually one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The price is reasonable, and it has a nice swimming pool, a gym, and probably other amenities as well. There are many restaurants, a McDonald's, and a 7-Eleven within walking distance, and the parking is convenient. Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations, and I look forward to staying here again on my next trip to Salt Lake City.

Great service room was very clean and accessible waffles were done right! 10/10

Tv didn’t work, no one ever answered the front desk, cleaning crew took a personal towel and were unable to find it. No one at the desk for long periods of time waiting to speak to someone

The room met our expectations, was comfortable, and offered great value for the price. Overall, this hotel delivered exactly what we were looking for—friendly service, a convenient location, and an affordable stay. Highly recommended!

Kids love their breakfast

I made sure when I checked out, my room was organized and easier for the housekeeper to clean. Let me tell you about this hotel. The greed is real. I wanted to check out a day early.. I needed my down payment they took and said when I check out I will get it back.. Front desk lady said she will need to charge me for checking out.. Whhhhhat?!!! Ridiculously greedy!!! Never again

The bathrooms were not clean. The cooling units were constantly shutting off. The lamp was hanging by the wiring itself. Staff was not helpful.
-
It took a while for the fridge to work.
-
Every towel had a stain. Mystery crumbs on the bed. A/C unit was loud and fighting for its life to cool the room.

Stood 5 nights. For price, I guess it was ok. Sketchy people (cops there day 4), laundry room was out of service, only the treadmill worked in gym. Room wasn’t as clean as I would have liked completely filthy in corners and under beds but there was no bugs and the beds were comfy. They only offer housekeeping two days a week so I missed it and front office was unable help further. Cleaning staff was helpful in letting me borrow a broom and gave me fresh towels to suffice. I will NEVER stay again.

The room was relatively clean and comfortable. It was in a pretty safe place. The problem was there were no amenities. We had to ask for shampoo, soap, and towels. The breakfast was very skimpy. One day all I got was a muffin and some apple juice. There was a couple there who loaded their plates up and left very little for anyone else and it was not replaced.

The room was cleaned, parking was okay big enough for the place, staff was friendly and professional, hot tub was awesome.
-
Great lower priced option. Clean, gym if great, and breakfast is also good.
