Property in in final remodel stages , clean new refurbished rooms , smell of new paint which was ok, nice changes. I would return to this Property

The $150 deposit that was not mentioned at all. I find that insane for this.

The staff were super nice and accommodating. The unit was very dirty. We found hair in the sheets like they were not changed from the last person and just remade the bed.

Good, but when i was staying there were renovations happening so paint smell greets as u walk in and out and had to park far since not all doors were usable (again due to renovation), also pool was closed but overall good and comfortable stay!

0 We woke up Sunday to no orange juice no apple juice we opened the door on it they were both empty we felt really bad because there were kids in there trying to pour cereal into bowls and realize there was no milk either we went to the front desk he said sorry we're out of juice unacceptable for a Sunday especially depriving kids believe that waiver to yield what the food that's not good a lot of kids didn't Eat or have juice

Not clean. The whole property is under remodel including the advertised pool.

The room was remodeled, the quality was not so good, but was somewhat remodeled. Staff were rude. Every person working the front did not welcome you in, nor did the speak! Was under construction the whole purpose we booked this place was because of the pool. Was not up and running. Breakfast was not good. Had cereal with no milk, orange juice and apple juice was just water. For the most part, the waffles were probably the best part they were doing construction, so the whole breakfast place was full of dust and was not very comforting. They only had like three small tables. I understand that they were remodeling, however, I feel like they could’ve done a better job prepping the whole hotel. My room was full of dog hair and the tub and sink did not drain, I spoke to the girl working and she did nothing.

Nothing. It even smelled bad. Everything is under construction and there’s hazards everywhere. The ac doesn’t work. The pool is closed. It feels sketchy and cheap. Everything.

It was just one thing after another. The staff that checked us in didn’t give any information about breakfast, pool or anything else. They didn’t inform us of all the issues they were having with internet, satellite and phones. They were remodeling at the time and the place looked like a mess. The room numbers were sheets of paper tape to the food. The doors did shut good so you had to lock them at night with the deadbolt and other lock. The rooms had no emergency exit plans on the doors and the exit door close to our room did not work from the outside side so you had to walk to the front of the hotel to get back in. The smell of all of the chemicals from the remodeling were so strong in the whole building the only way to get fresh air was to go outside. I understand they were remolding but I have never stayed at a hotel that was remodeling and it be this bad. They should have shut down part of the building at a time like other places do. We never ate breakfast one because they never told us where or what time it started and ended and idk not want to go looking with all the construction with the remodeling. Our stay was definitely not worth the money we paid. We could have stayed at a cheaper place and had a better stay. Laquita really disappointed me and idk if I will ever stay at another after this.

Staff was no help hot tub and pool were out of service no tv no nothing can’t get help call front desk the said they were busy went down and they were not doing nothing. Still waiting for a manager to contact me

When reservations were made, no one notified us that there was renovations going on at that hotel. Also, since there was a lot of glue for fumes from the lane of brand new carpeting in the main foyer and hallways on the first floor it was very necessary for them to use sterno cans lit to warm breakfast meals that were fresh out of frozen packages. Big fire waiting to happen. The room had no rack for clothing to be hung up at in the closet half the electrical outlets did not work and the bathroom shower stall was filthy and I had to lay a towel on the floor in order to step in without sliding and falling on my butt the staff didn’t care as to whether there was noise going on or not there were children running up and down in the hallways all through the night, making noise and racket and yelling and screaming and drunk drunk people were coming into the building from off the street to stay warm in the hallway not a very good pleasant day. I will never attend at that hotel again. I think you should give me a full refund for our last night there not said.

The hotel was being renovated as we arrived. The TV and WiFi did not work and the air conditioning was not cool.

The pool had no water, the room floor was dirty and we didn't have a remote to watch TV. I asked front desk 3 times for a remote and they said maintenance was the only one who could bring us a remote and we never got one. It was just a bad experience for me and my boys.

Customer service was perfect from Amanda she made me feel comfortable and gave me words of advice during my travels in this hot weather with my two toddler children she's so awesome N/a
