Dirty room

Passible... no pool or hot tub
-
Nothing The room was dirty, the sheets had blood stains. The shower curtain had blood stains. The staff was rude. They didn't have any extra pillows.

Was Nico eave to stay and was nice sized rooms

I just stayed for one night so the room was serviceable for what I needed. I did find someone else's food on the fridge, which made me wonder how well they had cleaned the rest of the room. But as far as I could see, there wasn't anything out of place or extremely dirty. It was ok.

The outside looks really nice but the inside is not clean and I needed somewhere to stay for one night. Stains on bedding sheets, very old bathroom with grim caked on baseboard and rust in tub area. They charged right under 100$ to stay and a 100$ holding fee, which is crazy for a place that’s not well kept. There was someone’s else’s leftovers in the fridge. They also say nonrefundable when you’re going to place the room so your stuck staying there after you see the room.

The room was pretty comfortable The bathroom had no vent and the air con smellt funky

I stayed for 3 nights. This places is dirty, sheets and towels are stained, for breakfast there is only coffee and stale bagels, no cream cheese. Very poor hotel in a noisy area.

The hall carpets were filthy and worn out. The room door had been pride open at some point such that the deadbolt did not work at all. The bedspread had blood stains splatter across it. The first bath towel was threadbare with holes and blood stains the second stained as well. The water pressure fluctuated and/or was inconsistent except at high temperature making for an uncomfortable shower. The room chair although comfortable was worn out and needed to be replaced. There was no seating in the lobby, so clients would be seen sitting on the ground outside of the building and in the parking lot.

It was decent but not very clean

Room was nice, staff was not interested in guests. By 8:00 am the skimpy breakfast was mostly gone.
-
They were helpful
-
Couldn't reserve for 2 nights had to reserve 1 then renew for 2nd. Employee didn't know how to renew. Shower pointed to curtain flooding bathroom during shower

We were concerned for our safety so we left a day early and forfeited our money. There was a man running around the parking lot at 4:30 in the morning in his underwear and young men, not guests, hanging around in the parking lot by the exit doors at 4:30 in the morning. Some guests were cooking in the parking lot the first evening we stayed. The pool and amenities were inoperative. Overall I would not recommend this hotel.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Nothing

Both pool and spa were closed the orange juice was clear the apple juice was horrible if you didn't get to breakfast by 8:00 7:30 then you were hit on breakfast unless you just wanted some toast I had to get my card reprogrammed three times to my room. I mean overall for 60 bucks a night I guess you're getting what you pay for but there are many they might save one thing on the website but then when you get there it says due to safe I don't know some kind of standard or Good housekeeping or something cool and spa and hot breakfast is closed

Location Uncomfortable mattress. Flat pillows
-
There were only 2 towels in the room for 4 staying in the room. Hall window was left open and lobby door was open when this is clearly a rough neighborhood. The hardest thing was that there was no elevator! We had to pack all our things up stairs.
