Quality Inn Midvale - Salt Lake City South

It is summer No Pool!

It was very quiet and peaceful and I got plenty of rest Breakfast was horrible no juice no milk went to the front they said sorry we're out of juice and there was really nothing to eat

The overall stay was okay the bed was really hard like it I don't know it just was not comfortable at all the room itself was pretty clean and it was big and spacious it was quiet not a lot of noise except that you can hear some noise upstairs like washing machines or exercise machines the breakfast area only had like waffles toast coffee and juice no fruit no yogurt not a lot of choices for cereal and then when I went to go take a bath I went to go grab onto the bar and slips because the bar had come out of the shower wall and I ended up falling out of the bathtub which the bathtub had a pretty far landing it was supposed to be a bathroom that was supposed to be men for accessible people with disabilities it was not it was in a good spot to get around town easy location convenience stores nearby drove a little distance to get food not too far from salt lake overall experience was okay besides the fact that I fell out of the tub I'm at the bed was not comfortable enough for me to get enough sleep last night

wish the pool was not closed.

The upstairs hallways smelled moldy. There were also groups of people hanging out in front of the hotel, which made the property feel uninviting. The breakfast area didn’t appear clean either. Overall, this stay was very disappointing. Save yourself the frustration and spend a little extra for a cleaner, better-maintained hotel.

The staff and the room was clean and smelled good.

It's good to crash for a night

staff took about 15 min to start checking me in and I was the only one there. The couches and lobby were filthy. Finally got our room key and the room smelled like smoke even though they state a 100% no smoking policy. The toilet was dirty looked like it hadn’t been scrubbed. Towels were dingy looking.

I feel like the location was good. It was close so a lot of things for us. The staff was never at the front desk. They didn’t really feel welcoming. The rooms did not feel clean. It smelled like mildew. The lighting was horrible. I even bought an air freshener for the room. You can literally see fingerprints from everybody else on the back of the door from coming in and out like they didn’t even clean it.

The area of the hotel. Had no idea we were in the ghetto before booking the hotel. No heads up about a deposit when we booked so kinda strapped us for cash the entire visit. Just overall bad experience with this place. Wish we could get our money back.

TT I enjoyed my stay at the Quality Inn. Room was nice and the staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay there again.
