Don't stay here. They sold us a fake room. The hotel was closed and they were still selling rooms online. When my family arrived, we found the hotel closed and abandoned. We had to find a different hotel late at night.

There was no hotel property was boarded up

  • Engine customer May 2026

    Cold room.

  • Engine customer Mar 2026

This is not the lodge you should be booking. It's heating was not functional. They told it is dysfunctional since morning only but actually its heating was not working since last 25 days. I took the pictures with my phone camera, and I want to upload. The curtains were damaged/broken. The room lamp light covering has burnt areas. It is a total disaster

Heater in building was broken. No towels, No TV, Microwave, No breakfast as advertised, nothing that was listed like it showed. Room had bad odor and needs better housekeeping. Slums. Lots of night action. Homeless and the obvious drug addicts. Also the upstairs unit flooded my lower room and they did not have any accommodations. Front desk was new and didn't know procedures. No help. Thankful to Hotels.com who right away help me relocate.

Terrible is honestly too generous of a review. They didn't have a room for me despite me having a reservation. The entire complex lacked heating despite it being the winter.

  • Engine customer Feb 2026

    No breakfast as advertised

  • Engine customer Feb 2026

Cheaper price No heater, no bath towels, no washcloth, no shampoo, no comforter, very cold. i thought it's basic to have towels and shampoo as supplies in each motels.

  • Engine customer Feb 2026

Upon arrival I was informed that the hotel DID NOT HAVE ANY HEAT IN ANY OF THEIR ROOMS! The hotel the cancelled my reservation and printed off a letter stating this is their fault and to refund the entire balance. After speaking with support I was informed that there is nothing that can be done. So basically the hotel and hotel.com scammed me and there's nothing I can do to dispute it

No towels heater broken sketchy individuals, Tv but no remote if you only need a bed its fine but for a get away for a couple days dont recommend

  • Engine customer Feb 2026

No heat and no hot water throughout the whole stay. They never fixed it nor offered a refund

  • Engine customer Jan 2026

The room obviously had not been cleaned in a while. There were no towels. There was no hot water. There was no heat and the temperature got down to 23 degrees that night. Everything was dirty including the bedding. The sheets had obviously not be changed in awhile. I am reporting you to the Health Department for filth and depravity at the room and on the property. You should not be open for business and Expedia should be ashamed of themselves for even pretending to speak for you.

Nothing there no one that helps you in the night. It’s small air barely works Says no smoking but stinks of cigarettes

  • Engine customer Jan 2026

there was none that I saw Where do I start. First off the was an incomplete wall repair that looked like a 3 year old did it. The walls were dirty, the mirror was not straight and was hung over the space where another one had been with out repairing the wall. I could see light all around the door. The toilet seat was loose. The aerator needed to be replaced. Who ever caulked the shower and around the toilet needs to dig it all out and do it properly. I suggest you find some one new who isn't on crack. I am a maintenance supervisor for a casino so I know what I'm talking about.

  • Engine customer Jan 2026

The price, for 29 days. Breakfast was not provided l, but was charged in the booking price. I only stayed 10 days of 29 days I booked and payed for. Not recieving reimbursement for nights not stayed.

  • Engine customer Jan 2026

Bargain prices. No towels in room. Only 1 pillow. One of two towel racks missing parts. Half of security latch missing. Water pressure at sink extremely high. Water temperature backwards.

  • Engine customer Jan 2026

  • Engine customer Jan 2026

It's a real dump,Ice machines didn't work. And you get one towel. It used to be Motel 6 and they using the same sheets and blankets.Probably 20 years old.I felt totally let down

  • Engine customer Dec 2025

Nothing No heat in first room. No heat in second room I was moved to. Toilet valve was stuck. Had to turn toilet off at the wall valve to prevent it from running all night. Open drug-use in the parking lot. Chased loiterers away from my vehicle twice during the night. Handed one towel at the front desk, no wash-cloth or bath matt. Refrigerator didn't work. No working ice machines. No street sign! Just a banner half-hung on the side of the building. Worst place I have ever paid to sleep at!
