Cute hotel. Very close to SFO. You can take the BART from the airport and get off Millbrae Station and walk to the hotel.

Great little gem. Not far from SFO for those early AM flights.

Room needed deep cleaning. Carpet was sticky and bed sheet/pillow had stains. walls are thin and could hear people talking upstairs. Staff were mostly friendly. Amenities were bare minimum. Additional cost for Breakfast. Expensive for the quality.

Dirty sheets. Got charged for having a pet when I didn’t have one. Terrible customer service. Stay far away from this place

This has become our goto place in SFO. It is close to the airport. It is close to whatever you need to purchase - everything is in walking distance. It is comfortable, quiet, and gives you the opportunity to listen to LP's.

The Dylan was the perfect spot for a night after a late arrival to SFO - just minutes from the airport. I was super comfy there, the team were lovely and I was able to work from the hotel before heading onward to Napa Valley - the noon check-out time was also appreciated.

Exactly what we needed for a one night stay.

The room was large, the bed was comfortable with lots of pillows. Parking was free and plentiful. I was traveling with 2 dogs and there was really nowhere to walk them to do their "business". Just a lot of concrete and asphalt. At night the area was a bit sketchy, given is proximity to the Milbrae train station. As a woman, out walking her dogs in the dark, it was a bit scary. Having a dedicated, grassy area for the dogs would boost my rating.

We couldn’t check in until 1:30 AM and the person at the desk was just so kind. I have stayed here multiple times and I love it. The proximity to the airport makes it perfect in my opinion!

Overall it was a good stay. The bed was very comfortable. The room was a bit dated and bare but good for a night.

I booked the hotel based on the description provided. Free complimentary breakfast starting at 4am and shuttle service available. After check in I was told that since Covid they don’t offer complimentary breakfast and it stated shuttle service available but that it was not complimentary. I found the listing of their services to be misleading and I was very disappointed.
