I booked the hotel based on the description provided. Free complimentary breakfast starting at 4am and shuttle service available. After check in I was told that since Covid they don’t offer complimentary breakfast and it stated shuttle service available but that it was not complimentary. I found the listing of their services to be misleading and I was very disappointed.

The location was perfect, walking distance to BART, CalTrain, restaurants & EV charging. Free self-parking. We upgraded to a room with balcony, microwave and fridge for a 3-day stay, comfortable space and cleaned daily. There's no pool, no workout room. But we'll stay again for the convenient and safe location.

Very friendly staff. The rooms were fun and clean. One drawback was the counter space in the bathroom. There was basically none. It was great for an overnight stay, but I would need more space for a long term stay.

I almost don’t want to share how much I like The Dylan for fear of having trouble booking it when I want it because it’s such a great little gem! The prices for what it offers are great, the rooms are clean, and I love the originality of the decorating. It’s git a wine dispenser in the lobby for those who drink too. Nearby amenities are great as well. Near the airport so there are noises. Noises from other rooms too but it’s a hotel so… Love the place!

The rooms were so neat, had a record player and records. The robe and slippers were nice for after the shower. Beds were comfy and lots of pillows.

My stay was perfect. I was visiting family so it was very convenient to their home.

Charming boutique hotel literally across the street from Millbrae BART and Caltrain stations. Friendly staff, wines-by-the-glass (yes, in a real wine glass) available in the lobby. In room amenities: water bottle (for refills at the water station), coffee maker with Wolfgang Puck coffee. No fridge.
