Exactly what we needed for a one night stay.

Older property nicely maintained, quiet, and located near SFO Airport. Just a short walk to access BART, good food options, and to get about.

We couldn’t check in until 1:30 AM and the person at the desk was just so kind. I have stayed here multiple times and I love it. The proximity to the airport makes it perfect in my opinion!

Overall it was a good stay. The bed was very comfortable. The room was a bit dated and bare but good for a night.

I booked the hotel based on the description provided. Free complimentary breakfast starting at 4am and shuttle service available. After check in I was told that since Covid they don’t offer complimentary breakfast and it stated shuttle service available but that it was not complimentary. I found the listing of their services to be misleading and I was very disappointed.

The location was perfect, walking distance to BART, CalTrain, restaurants & EV charging. Free self-parking. We upgraded to a room with balcony, microwave and fridge for a 3-day stay, comfortable space and cleaned daily. There's no pool, no workout room. But we'll stay again for the convenient and safe location.

Very friendly staff. The rooms were fun and clean. One drawback was the counter space in the bathroom. There was basically none. It was great for an overnight stay, but I would need more space for a long term stay.

This was a well-maintained old (Best Western) hotel right by the BART and train station. The bed was very comfortable, the room was spacious and the hotel was very clean; staff were super friendly and helpful. We had a maintenance issue and someone was there to address it in 5 minutes, We came from the airport and the hotel emailed us ahead of time and discouraged Uber & Lyft because of their expensive airport surcharge so we took a taxi instead ($20) - though the Bart also goes to the airport ($5.80/person at this time) I don't really have any complaints. No pool, exercise room or breakfast so if you're looking for those, then this isn't the right place for you. However, there are 2 good breakfast spots very close and you get a 15% off coupon to one of them.
