Reasonably priced stay across the street from the airport. Pool and games on the terrace were a hit with kids.

Very convenient stay. We stayed for a night as our flight got in very late. Really appreciated the shuttle service to and from airport. Close to shops/ shopping / restaurants. The lobby lounge is great! Colorful bar area. Beds were comfortable. Very conveniently located so you can get out and hit the highway right away without facing any airport traffic etc

Also, avoid bar food. It was terrible. I stayed here in 2019 for the first time and had used their long term parking several times. Their food was really good and hospitality was great. Management has changed. Greed is all I can think of now for what was a great hotel and parking option. They clearly don’t care about their guests safety or customer experience.

I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times and it is usually my go-to whenever I’m in the San Francisco area and don’t want to actually stay in the city. Its super close to the airport, has some decent places to eat around there. However this time, it was very, very booked and parking at the hotel was an issue. We had to park at the Westin, (the other hotel they’re next to) which isn’t super far, but more just an inconvenience than anything really; especially since the parking spot we got was at the other far end of the Westin, so we had to walk across two parking lots essentially.

Right next to the airport? Check. Timely shuttle? Check. Games to play with the kids in the lobby - check. Everything I needed to get as much sleep as possible before a 6 am flight.

Vibrant hotel, so close to the airport, routine shuttle every 15 minutes, comfortable bed, especially liked the quiet dark rooms

Convenient and clean for SFO travel. Perfect for the kids, used the pool at the end of the day.

The room had no towels or toilet paper. I was given another room and a $20 coupon for breakfast which o wasn’t able to use as it’s all packaged food. It was a nice gesture though as I had to move rooms go back to the front desk etc with my luggage in tow

The hotel is a great location that makes it s perfect spot for an early morning flight. The staff is nice, but the added 50+ for parking is a much.

A great location close to the San Francisco airport. The hotel was very nice. The only problem was parking - late at night it took me over half an hour to find a parking space.

Location For the price they charged there was no basic facilities including drinking water in the rooms

The room is very clean and spacious. I like the hotel shuttle. It is easy to get to the hotel and back to airport. Is perfect for business trip.
