The Westin San Francisco Airport

Close to airport and other restaurants. Very clean. Beds super comfy. All staff warm and welcoming and efficient Parking too expensive for guests

The shuttle was very convenient. We had a flight the next morning then we were able to get the shuttle on our way back in hotel is very nice and clean. Only negative is the walls are pretty thin.

Very nice hotel that is close to SFO. Very clean, comfortable bed, accommodating staff.

We had to leave 2days early from the west coast to beat the nor'easter on the east coast so we would not be stuck. We acknowledge that we reserved a non refundable room - we asked management to make an exception due to the storm & offered to provide proof of our new flights home. They would not accept the proof & turned down our request. Not good customer service. We will not ever stay at this property on our return trips.

Appreciated the food coupons and the access to mail service when I left two items behind.

The beds are sooooo comfortable! Our son always stays at Westons and told us for years that the beds are why he does. Our son was 100% correct. Our room was clean and the staff was excellent. We have dinner two nights at the restaurant and the burgers were the best we’ve had in years. The servers were awesome and so helpful. We were very satisfied and now will always seek out the Weston Hotels.

Location Staff at bar not very friendly and breakfast was just ok. Just not up to the standard for an airport hotel

convenient location tired facility, safe did not work and would not open, delaying my departure for over 1.5 hrs, Staff was helpful

Dining was disappointing but the staff was great. We were not able to use some of the vouchers because we checked in late and left early for a flight home.

Great place to stay close to the airport. Very convenient. Has a good shuttle service. They charge a resort fee 🙄 and the restaurant was a little pricey for what it was. But overall I would recommend it.

We were only there the one night as lay-over but from the amenities we saw (pool/hot tub area, exercise facilities, restaurant) and hotel location on the bay it would have been good for an extended stay as well.

Besides the location to the SFO airport that is the only plus. Everything else is terrible. The customer service is 0/10. Staff is not helpful at all. You ask a question and they look annoyed answering. Don’t even greet you. Save your money and stay somewhere else. Also some of the lamps in the room didn’t even work.

This was our second stay at this property and when we come back to San Francisco we will definitely stay here again
