It’s ok for a overnight stay

what a great place to stay before our long international flight. the staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were spacious and well appointed (although a bit dated - which may be a part of the charm!), and the free breakfast was a nice touch. but our favourite part was the view of the bay and watching the airplanes over the water. sitting outside in the morning as the sun was rising will always be a great memory. we've stayed at many hotels near sfo in preparation for our flights, and now we've found one we'll return to.

Nice hotel in a convenient location and the staff was very nice. The free breakfast was a little bit of circus with hotel guests swarming the place for a relatively modest breakfast. I liked the area and free parking is nice. My one big complaint...the airport shuttle to and from the hotel seems unreliable - did not pick us up at "arrivals" had to go search for the shuttle at departures which didn't make much sense. And, it just does not run very frequently.

The staff was professional, friendly, and efficient throughout our stay. One of the biggest advantages is the location: several restaurants are just a short walk away, so there’s no need to drive for dinner. The waterfront walking path right next to the hotel is perfect for a relaxing stroll while enjoying the bay. The hotel also offers free parking and complimentary breakfast, which adds even more value. The breakfast selection was good overall, although I would have liked to see more meat options. It would also be nice if they had an automatic espresso machine instead of standard coffee. The only downside is that the hotel’s décor and furnishings are a bit dated. While everything was clean and well maintained, the property could definitely benefit from a renovation. Overall, this is an excellent choice if you’re looking for a comfortable, reasonably priced hotel near SFO with beautiful bay views, convenient dining within walking distance, and great amenities. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall, This hotel was good for an overnight near the airport: reasonable rate, better than most for breakfast, shuttle to airport, bay view, quiet. Dated, stained carpet in our room, poor water pressure in the shower.

All good. I was on a long layover between a long international flight and last 2 domestic flights home. I arrived around noon and departed at 2 am the next day to continue my trip. I was allowed into my room when I arrived — much appreciated after over 36 hours of travel. Did not mind the 10 minute Uber to airport because shuttle doesn’t run in the wee hours of the morning. Had everything I needed to help with weary-traveler recovery.

I stayed four nights at Bay landing hotel everything was great, free parking free breakfast the room was super clean. I recommended for everyone to stay at this hotel.

Extremely friendly staff! Great location, good breakfast, good dining options near by, close to SFO, nice views by the Bay and seeing planes landing…good price too!

Beautiful location, free parking and breakfast is good.

It is a convenient location, with a great view and quiet, and shuttle service. There is a good breakfast and it starts early. The room was big and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside was the choice of food to microwave for dinner and the lack of plates or silverware in the room. I did not see a restaurant within walking distance. I didn't ask. I was tired and hungry. I did get a credit for the store. I used it to buy two water bottles, because none were supplied in the room. And a burrito. Not too satisfying. But I am looking forward to staying there again on my way home, when I have not been on a plane for 20 hours and can organize dinner. I am sure there is some food delivery and the staff will help me.

Hotel was in a good location

The room was the perfect size for my husband and me, and everything was very clean and comfortable\. The free breakfast was very good for a hotel breakfast, with hot omelettes, potatoes, and waffles that made for a great start to the day\. Overall, a great place to stay, and we would happily stay at Bay Landing again\!

Absolutely beautiful.

It was wonderful! The view over the water was a vacation in itself. It's close to the airport (but quiet) . We walked to Benihana, but it was the only open restaurant in the area. Comfortable sleeping in a big room with a nice bathroom. And then there was a great breakfast. We'll be back!

Then Friday morning we woke to Ants...... They came 30min later Sprayed, Thank Goodness we were leaving.... Never Check on us After this... No offer of a different room, guess should have been one of "those" people!! Booked thru Expedia. Didn't read email about check in until Sunday around 3:00pm. They asked Since I was VIP if they told me I had an $11 food credit... Ummm No. They asked if they offered an upgrade or anything...Ummmmm No!! 15min later hotel phone rang. Surprise front desk. She said Oh I see you are VIP with Expedia and can up an upgrade. Would I like move to one.... ummmmm Noooo we leave tomorrow.... Phone was silent she said nothing else till I said Something!!! They Only Called cause I left an Review So Be Sure to ask if you book not thru them if You have anything special. Very Sad!!

This was a great place to stay for quick access to the airport. The property is well-kept and very convenient. They have a breakfast option and a very prompt airport shuttle. The front desk staff was helpful and pleasant. I plan on staying again.
