WAs comfortable clean and safe
-
We only stayed our last night in San Francisco. The room was very clean and beds were comfortable, staff was also very helpful and friendly. The hotel is beautiful.
-
Location is also great.

Bed was comfortable, wish the pillows were a little firmer. All in all good hotel. Will stay there again maybe not visit the restaurant. Oh, one thing I forgot there is a sign for the red in the lobby with QR code for the menu. Does not work and the one I found was old. That menu does not match the one at the restaurant including prices. I recommend someone check it out. Another thing i’d like to point out is, do not let the concierge tell you that he can call the cab for you as it’ll be cheaper than getting an uber and he knows this guy . The cab driver charged us double the amount that uber was charging.

Clean bathroom,friendly maintenance
-
Not my favorite. I thought we were at a different airport hotel. This one has a bar that doesn’t stay open late and transportation was not as reliable.
-
Great hotel, kind staff
-
You need to pay a parking spot supposed to be included in the hotel. No continental breakfast. Not coming back anymore.
-
Clean and nice
-
Great location when staying next to SFO with easy free shuttle service.

Misty, the front desk clerk, was extremely rude and condescending from the moment I arrived. As the first person guests encounter, the front desk sets the tone for the entire experience, and unfortunately, my first impression was very disappointing. Her attitude made me feel unwelcome and negatively impacted my perception of the property before my stay even began. While the hotel itself may have had positive aspects, the lack of professionalism and courtesy during check-in overshadowed them. Customer service is a critical part of the hospitality industry, and I hope management addresses this issue so future guests are greeted with the respect and kindness they deserve.

My room was older, but bathroom fixtures were new, super clean, comfortable bed,big TV. Free wifi.

Shop expensive and filled with souvenirs rather than practical items

Stayed 2 nights for a dance festival. The room is spacious. However, there's very little natural light, due to our room facing the atrium and the hotel's location: often very windy and foggy. It's not pleasant to take a walk outside at all. Room has dated popcorn ceiling, which adds to the unpleasantness. Staff was courteous but a simple request such as updating our room keys made us wait for 15 minutes. Expensive parking. Lobby is not very pleasant.
-
An airport hotel with rooms with dated and worn furniture. Food prices are off the chart : Coffee $6. Breakfast for two: $87

Great place, comfortable bed, clean sheets, helpful stuff. Very satisfied,
