great service and food, convenient parking and shuttle to airport

Nice rooms. Comfortable. Hot tub was out of order the entire stay. Super close to the airport. Easy for Ubber drivers to find. Restaurant food was good. You can also walk to Max's down the street which was yummy! Speedy frequent shuttle bus to airport driven by super great drivers. Best part of this hotel... The STAFF. So nice and helpful! I can not say enough about how great the staff there is.

We enjoyed the breakfast and dinner from the dinning rooms menu. The staff was excellent in taking care of our needs. Thank-you

This hotel is ok. The check in reception weren’t too friendly, just doing their jobs. Also no buffet breakfast available like they advertised. The restaurant was open but in my opinion, overpriced but there’s no other restaurants near by without a car.

I enjoyed a late meal in the dining room after a. long flight, the service was excellent.

We stayed one night at the Hyatt as we needed a hotel near the SF airport for an early flight the next day. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and the service was excellent. Our room was clean and beds were comfortable .We needed extra towels for our kids, which were sent to our room within minutes. The hotel provides a shuttle service to the airport, which is very convenient.
