Needed to be up early for a leadership conference and was so glad I decided to stay the night. Helpful staff at the door and the reception desk, well kept restaurant/bar area and the room was clean, not too cold, and comfortable. I would certainly stay at this property again.

Gloria was an amazing help at the front office! Even though previous customers were giving her a hard time, when it was my turn to be helped she made sure to make sure I was given the great hospitality. Gloria, great job!! We will be back!!

Our room was not ready and the lock on the door did not work so we had to be moved to another room after we had completely unpacked. Tara experience.

The hotel made a great base to spend some time in San Francisco, while being close to the airport for an early flight. The free shuttle to the airport made it easy for us to pick up BART to the City and back. Not a dislike, but just be aware that there is an extra fee at the hotel that doesn't show on the booking. It is a resort fee.

Besides receiving 10s in all areas, the restaurant had great staff and excellent food.
