The staff were helpful and the breakfast was good. My only concern was that Expedia listed parking as free, but I was charged for parking upon arrival. Aside from that, it was a decent place for a quick overnight stop.

Great staff at check in, clean and large room, large variety of complimentary beverages in lobby.

It was close to SFO and reasonably priced for that area. It is dated and the layout of the bathroom was cramped; i.e, the door was in the way when using the toilet.

Shuttle was on time. Room was average, but the front desk staff was exceptional. Had a good breakfast before a short ride back to the airport. I would choose Holiday Inn Express SFO Airport South over Holiday Inn Express SFO Airport North.

Staff was accomodating, friendly, and professional. The rooms were very clean and well appointed. The restaurant in front of the hotel is exceptional. The shuttle was consistent and the location is very close to the airport. The breakfast were excellent with something for everyone. It's an older airport hotel but it looks a little motelesque upon arrival but I would recommend it to anyone who needs to spend a night and get the airport on time. They would have a surprisingly pleasant stay.

Room was nice, breakfast was good, coffee was better than average. Was disappointed that I had to pay for parking.

Very friendly staff, so convenient to the airport. Only minus was the carpeting in the room, it felt unclean.

Room is ok, but a bit noisy with kids running around the corridor, breakfast is so so need a lot of improvement. The view of the airport runway is the most spetacular of this hotel.

** $30 a night surprise parking fee ** - room tired and drab. No sign of f remodel in the last couple decades - thin walls - tiny bathroom - super stuff towels - stressed staff - car alarms going off regularly in the parking lot Breakfast was ok.

Nothing! This was a ghetto hotel. The pictures are not a real representation. Outdated and unclean. I would’ve just gone somewhere else but it was super late. Definitely go somewhere else Everything. Parking was super sketchy. Staff was not pleasant or helpful. Everything was DIRTY.

No shuttle for the red eye

Breakfast was well done. Need better healthy snacks available. Not fancy but fine for its purpose. its a layover hotel at an airport. It was fine

Good location Internet is slow

Well, we were looking for a place to stay for one night, a quick turn around trip, and although the location was okay, the hotel is VERY dated. The carpet smells and is sticky and I wouldn't let my kids take their socks off while we were there. I do have to say that it was relatively quiet, which was good, and the staff were very friendly, but the hotel itself felt old and used. We didn't see any cockroaches, which was good, but I wouldn't have been surprised if we did.

Great place, Amazing staff. Breakfast is a major plus. Clean rooms.
