The hotel is very clean and the breakfast is awesome.

Terrible.

Appreciated front desk staffs for their understand and patience. There were a lot of us (a group) who stayed there, lots of things went on. Yet they maintained with smiles on their faces with welcoming atmosphere!

Hotel is new. Has nice and spacious rooms. It has a great location near airport if you have early flights.

The airport shuttle is not available during certain hours. That should be stated somewhere on the website. If we had known that we would of not booked this hotel. The shuttle was unavailable for 1 hour and half at the time we arrived at the airport. We had to find another way to get back to the hotel.

Clean room and grounds

Got into San Fran really late but the shuttle picked us up and the staff was friendly and efficient. The room was everything you need. What I loved most was the convenience and the cost. Compared to other airport hotels in the area, this one was a bargain. Also, they had a Starbucks in the lobby if you want a coffee before heading out for the day.

Horrible place I don’t recommend

After 20 minutes of sitting in the lobby, trying to get it sorted out with Expedia they came over and magically had a room for us! Didn’t acknowledge anything on their part. Expedia was wonderful and I believe it was because of them all of a sudden there was a room available!

I forgot to ask for an invoice, and was not offered one when I checked out. I just need to know how to get the invoice.
