This property has a beautiful view and a pretty lobby where they offer a lot of nice evening treats and a pretty nice spread for breakfast-I have seen nicer at other Embassy suites though. The rooms are outdated and not in the best condition-in need of an update for sure. Our stay was decent and served the purpose. However, if you’re not able to use scented soaps and body washes-bring your own soap because they don’t offer any kind of unscented selections.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit, which made the experience even better. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing and inviting. We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the great hospitality. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience!

Everything was wonderful from the staff to the breakfast and room. My only problem was there was very few handicap parking places and it took me 25 minutes to walk from an open space which physically did me in.

Highly recommended for families especially with young kids

WiFi didn’t work for the first day of the stay. Rooms are bit dated. Breakfast options are good

Great 👍 but no restaurants and groceries stores near by. You have to take Uber around there.

Beautiful hotel

Beds are very hard but can't beat the view and breakfast is good love the peaceful waterfalls and the saffis nice

I think the furniture and lampshades need to be replaced. Lp shades were cracked and seat on the chair was cracked & peeling. But on a good note- the bed was very comfortable and breakfast was ok.

The beds are quite firm and uneven, allowing the springs to be felt, and the sofa mattress was also very uncomfortable, making it difficult to sleep on either. We would greatly appreciate it if these could be replaced. Otherwise everything else was amazing i would come back but please change the mattress

The only good thing is Breakfast and the Complimentary. Other than that, it's one star hotel. I've been going to this hotel since 2016, We used to love it, but year after year, it became the worst. The welcoming staff is horrible the rooms are very dirty the pool is not clean, etc I do not recommend it at all
