Excellent breakfast options. Staff was courteous and helpful. Parking lot is less than pleasant.

Love staying at Embassy Suites. Great location for where we are going, Workd cup game. Great breakfast as always. Beautiful property. Great rooms. Indoor pool and free snacks and “happy hour” drinks. Always enjoy staying at Embassy Suites.

Nice property seemingly well maintained. Lots of space even with a dog event going on.

The front desk staff on a late Friday, holiday weekend check in were not friendly or helpful. Received ZERO instructions about the hotel or our stay other than the outrageous $45/night parking fee. A fee this high with no absolutely no parking staff. Additionally, no one to assist with bags. I was literally pointed to the front and back corners of the hotel and told I MIGHT find a luggage cart there. When I did locate one I had to bring it all the way out to the furthest parking spot which is the only one my wife and two small children could find while I checked in. Upon check out... Sunday at check out time... Only two front desk staff on a holiday weekend with a convention ending that had the hotel sold out. Poor planning. I have a long 20 year history of staying at this property and it's a great memory in our family. So it gives those feels for us, but I'd unfortunately think twice about staying again... Again, the breakfast staff and the housekeeping staff are great, but the front of house leaves something to be desired.

The waterfront location is a definite highlight. Unfortunately, my experience with some of the front desk staff was disappointing. While I was waiting in line, one staff member was briefly available but never acknowledged me. Instead, she immediately assisted a guest who had just walked up to her. After that, I was still waiting to be helped, yet she again overlooked me and accommodated a flight crew member and his companion. A simple acknowledgment or "I'll be with you shortly" would have gone a long way. The lack of courtesy made me feel ignored and left a negative impression despite the property's great location.

I tried to change in the bathroom into my swimsuits and the door jammed locked and wouldn’t open people were swimming with their clothes on hogging the stairs the elevators had food from breakfast on the floors one the beds were hard the sofa bed was horrible

There were roaches in our room noticed on the last night and water leaked from the vent. The location is over 30 minute's from downtown San Francisco. Breakfast was good. Limited staff, but all were nice. No concierge.

Breakfast was good. There was trash on our floor that never got picked up through our stay. Room was good, beds were a-okay, restroom was okay.

The stay was nice the food very good and it was good to be close to the airport!

Great service

little bit noisy because it’s close to airport you can hear the take landing of airplane. With breakfast included . Except there’s no exemption on the the free bottle water , we get there almost 4pm but because we wanted to see the places in Bay Area and were in a hurry after checking in we got off already without thinking of getting water the 2 free each bottle for 4 of us and the time for free bottle water pick up is 5 pm to 6:30 pm imagine if we wait for the water then we will not able to see places. You think that’s a little unfair for the guests. There’s no close store in the area you have to drive and hit the traffic . Please consider Instead of getting it by your set up time at 5pm ,You can actually put note by the desk example ask the front desk for free bottle water that why guests should not wait the time for 5pm . Most of the guests they check in on time I’m sure they want to drink right away after a long drive or what so ever.

Great location, beautiful interior and exterior. We always enjoy the breakfast, but the rooms are old, neglected, and do not match the quality of the rest of the property.
