Excellent staff- you can’t beat the breakfast

However, breakfast was overcrowded and there was no place to sit. The line for omelettes was 1/2 an hour long.

Breakfast was great. Room and bathroom could have been nicer.

The morning buffet was excellent ,bathrooms could use an upgrade ,staff was excellent and the location was very suitable .

WiFi was not good in bedroom and the shower had some draining issues, however the stay was lovely! Would recommend!

This Embassy Suites hotel is in a great location south of the airport and on the shore and our room overlooked the Bay. Everything was clean and the bed and pillows very comfy. Managers reception was packed and bar had a long queue but drinks we had were good. Breakfast again was very busy and line for omelette was long but staff worked hard to complete everyone's order. I thought parking fee was a bit steep but I guess that is normal for this area. Must say towels in room were changed every day and tea and coffee replenished too. Reception staff were friendly and helpful.

The only thing I need them to make light brighter in the bathroom.

Great location close to the SFO airport

An older property that is in need of room updates. Bathroom had peeling wallpaper and unusually small for the room size. Mattress was uncomfortable and felt like an old spring mattress. Fold out sofa was the same- needed updating as you could feel bar in your back. There was no adjusting ac as it was controlled by their master system. So you could only turn it off if you were cold and then continue to wake up and turn it on/off. Sleep was tough bc of that as well as lots of other noises bc minimal insulation between rooms

Beautiful hotel, nice suites, amazing breakfast. The pool and hot tub were quite busy but everything else was amazing!!!

Great location

I go to move one of the beds to me a little closer with my family , under the bed was lots of confetti and to me that was no one has cleaned for I don’t know how long. Also in the living room area of the lamps didn’t work

The pool water was murky and there was a lot hair floating around that got caught between my fingers and that was visible. The hot tub was clean and clear. Everything else was ok. I don’t think I will return to this particular location.
