Embassy Suites by Hilton San Francisco Airport Waterfront

The breakfast was top notch. I was very pleased to see they offered GF pastries & bread in a separate area than the regular bread/pastries so there was no cross contamination!! My kids & I will definitely stay there again!

Staff was very accommodating. Breakfast was incredible.

I didn’t ask for another room because they were having difficulty finding me a room. I got there at 3:00 and realize that check in was at 4:00. They said to come back at 3:30 and my room would be ready. I came back at 3:45 and there was still no room available. Left and came back at 4:15 and the clerk asked me if I wanted a shower instead of a bath? I said yes and assumed all the rooms had showers. Then asked if I would be okay with a two double bed room. I said no. I’m 6’4”. Then I got the handicapped room.

More area to have sit down and have breakfast.

Clean room, customized breakfast, and peaceful and serene environment was nice. Will stay here again.

Staff made you feel welcomed

To remedy this, the front desk offered to waive the parking fee, which was nice.

To me the first person I encounter is the most important. That is always the reception staff. Wish I would've remembered his name. He was kind, humorous, and professional. After that greeting everything else falls into place. Room was great with a view of the bay, watching planes taking off and landing. Breakfast phenomenal! - great variety and many stations so no crowding. Everyone in my party was very impressed with the whole hotel.

Parking area was a mess. 45 dollars for parking after a late check in due to airline delays was too expensive. No place to get a bite of food except the grossly expensive little snack area. The room was OK with the sliding door wide open with out a screen. Breakfast fruit was hard and tasteless. A rodent I believe a mouse showed up in the omelet station.

Everything was great with my stay at this Embassy Suites, however the $45 per day parking fee was ridiculous. The parking lot is huge and not shared so there was no need for a fee of that amount. Too excessive

Haven’t been back to this specific location in quite a while, but I was pleased to see that it was definitely up kept, and the room was perfect.

The staff let us check in early and kept our bags on site after we checked out until later that day. Appreciate them going above and beyond.

We loved the view.

For a family of 5 this hotel was perfect! The room itself was very clean and spacious with a kitchenette included, and a balcony with a view of the Bay which the kids and I enjoyed seeing all of the airplanes land! Breakfast had a very nice selection of foods although it does get crowded (to be expected). Staff was helpful at check in and made it as fast and easy as possible even with their system down. The hotel overall has a nice atmosphere and was a great stay for 2 nights. We will definitely book again the next time we visit the area!
