Fantastic.

The view was amazing.

We were expecting a 4 star hotel. The hot water didn’t work. Noise all night. The hotel is outdated. A fine place to stay a few hours for sleep…but not a 4 star hotel by any means.

Clean beautiful room!

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff friendly. Great location.

There was hair in my shower when I got there. I asked the front desk to have someone clean my shower twice and no one came.

Need renovations is too all

The staff Nina and Nestor was very helpful and has great customer service skills. Made our stay memorable.

Upon checking out the front desk staff was great.

Cigarette butts around pool. Dirty floor around pool. Staff wasn’t cleaning our room at all. They just made our bed, no shower gel refill and no obvious trash removal. Our room on 14th floor was outdated with ceiling paint flaking. Sofa was dirty and outdated like from 90s. Dirty carpet. Bathroom fan was working 24/7 which made sleep terrible . Was overall kinda ok, but will not come back.

Good and timely shuttle between the property and the airport. Parking is $40/day extra. Limited food at property and nothing within walking distance. The room was clean and big and the bedding and towels were nice quality and bright white and clean. Bed was comfortable. The room's furniture is quite dated and the television is as well, but there were adequate chargers around the bed and desk. The window opened a bit so you could get fresh air.
