Clean room

Very clean, comfortable room.

One thing I didn’t like was that the website advertised self-parking as available, but it failed to mention that there is a $25 per night, per vehicle parking fee. That information should be clearly disclosed upfront so guests know what to expect and can factor it into the total cost of their stay.

Staff always knowledge and friendly

Easy access to airport and Union Square..Great for a short family to the City.

The staff was wonderful. We arrived early after getting off of a cruise. They held our luggage for us in a secure location and worked to get us checked in early.

Shuttle bus from airport not so frequent like other hotels

Finally the elevators have not been inspected since 2024. There is a dated waiver sign. Steer clear. Go somewhere else.

Rooms services for anything is biggest concern! Staff was so rude. We had an issue while check out with the front desk. As initially they charged us total amount for our stay and advised us that this would be final unless we will use any other room services but we never did and use any services which can lift our bill but when we checked out they imposed additional $50 and when asked for this one they said these are the final charges and wasted our 1 hr there with them. Even they were repeatedly said that talk to manager but there was no manager. This is my horrible experience with them. No accountability at any stage! Never recommend to any one!

Good Option if you want te see SF and the next day take Highway 1 to LA

There was a lot of trash in the parking lots, full trash cans near the doors. And what looked like abandoned cars in the parking lot. The room was nice, but didn't have a microwave. I had to go down to the lobby to use the microwave. The pool wasn't very big and was always busy. The hot tub was very small. Over all a nice looking hotel but definitely needs some better outside maintenance.

NEXT MORNING WE NOTICED HOW WET THE FLOOR WAS AND TOLD THE DESK CLERK ABOUT IT WHEN WE CHECKED OUT. WE WONDERED WHY THE CONDITION WAS NOT REPORTED BY THE MAID WHO WAS RESP0NSIBLE FOR CLEANING THE ROOM.

The hot water mixer didn’t work well in the shower / bath and the food in the restaurant was decidedly mediocre.

They stay was okay and the facilities seemed clean however we got bug bites that were thought to be mosquitos but turned up to be consistent with bed bug bites. That was very disappointing we will not be staying there in the future nor recommend it to anyone.

Very dirty. Rug was disgustingly dirty and filthy. Almost left.

Good location. Decent breakfast. Parking is extra $30 a day.
