Close to the airport.

Great place to stay near SFO! Clean and spacious room with all necessary amenities and friendly staff! The shuttle to the airport was also a great plus! Would stay hear again, when flying out of SFO!

The lobby needs to be freshened up as it is tiny and dark. The entrance needs to be widened to allow for cars to turn around. The parking exit gates needs to be changed as the arms are constantly breaking down and stuck in one position.

Staff were friendly. Checking in and out was so easy and efficient!

This is I know means a good hotel at all. It was old outdated. We had no hot water had a call twice. They charged an arm leg for parking. The breakfast was the same every day not good. The rooms were not clean. They smelled old and musty. The staff did not even try to help us. Very disappointed. Will never stay there again.

The location and parking make this place really handy. The onsite restaurant looks nice, but across the bridge there are some amazing Japanese restaurants and the Royal Donut Cafe over there is an amazing place for breakfast. Going to keep staying at this hotel when I am in town just so I can enjoy that breakfast (and the takeaway donuts) again and again.

The front desk staffs are cold and serious as if the clients were getting free stay from them. The breakfast buffet is simply, frugal and over priced. It is described a top-rated breakfast which is obviously misleading the clients.

Great location if flying out of SFO. 5 min to airport and 8 min to rental car center. 10 min drive in to downtown Burlingame with lots of stores and restaurants.

The furniture was broken and dirty in one of the sitting areas. One of the staff at reception was very helpful and friendly. Also the dining staff were friendly and helpful.

Front Desk person ensured I had a quiet room/floor when asked for room pref. Clean King Bed and room. Friendly but overworked staff - 1 person manning Front Desk around noon and she was swamped and could use a 2nd person to man it. Decent restaurant with validated parking if you dine there for guests visiting. TV remote in plastic bag indicating a likely cleaned object. Most hotels forget that aspect. Noise level - good, quiet enough. But can still hear kids jumping up and down from top floor and parents doing nothing to stop it. (Families with children should all be on one side of the hotel so they can experience all that lovely noise and bond together.) Cons: Hotel Shuttle covers 2 addtl Hotels = long waits and not accurate scheduling as result. Nice drivers tho. Budget an extra 30-45 min due to this. Shuttle Tracking map is hard to navigate / estimate. Bathroom had a missing fixture for Shower valve cover and wrong directions for Hot Cold water. Not a dealbreaker but its worth fixing. Bathroom ceiling had a few holes. No blackout curtain clips to keep out sun out completely. Gym should be open longer into the night. Wifi spotty - keeps cutting out frequently

Staff is wonderful and supportive The hotel is old and needs renovation. As an IHG platinum member, they couldn’t do anything but give me a small room on the upper floor from what I had booked. The rooms are old and the space is too cramped. The shower won’t run hot water enough, and the pressure is nonexistent.
