The closeness to the airport

We really enjoyed our stay at the Doubletree. People were very accommodating and helpful and professional. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were very professional.

Great food options at the restaurant and good bar. Clean and large rooms. Bay view was nice. Hot chocolate chip cookies were a wonderful treat. Great walking path right outside!

We ate dinner in the restaurant, 37 North, where the staff was very attentive and the food was tasty, a step up from bar food with plentiful portions. We shared the brussel chips, brussel sprout leaves painstakingly pulled apart, briefly deep fried, and mixed with tiny bit cubes of bacon and some balsamic. The portion was so large that we decided to share the reuben and fries for our main course, and it was plenty shareable, with very fresh pastrami. We weren't bothered by airport noise, possibly because we were a 6-minute drive from the airport. The airport shuttle was very prompt, though we opted to take an Uber because we had large luggage, and that was just easier. The front desk staff were lovely. We saw lots of pilots and flight attendants checking in when we did, so it's clearly considered a nice hotel by the airlines for their staffs. We would stay here again for sure.

Was not told how to get out of the gated lot once room keys were returned. Figured it out,but was vert frustrated.

This hotel was all about convenience! The 24/7 airport shuttle was a huge plus and one of the few available in the SFO area. It was the perfect place to stay before our 5:00 a.m. flight. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and our room was clean, modern, and looked recently updated. If you’re looking for an easy, stress-free airport hotel, this is a great choice.

It is always such a pleasure staying at a Hilton property because you just know everything will be perfect! Friendly staff, clean and well maintained hotel, comfiest beds and great smelling toiletries! We also really appreciated the airport shuttle at 4am! And let’s not forget the delicious cookies at check in!

The bathroom was fine except the shower had a very weak spray. They had shampoo, condition and body wash in the shower if needed. And an airport shuttle that was free, every 15 minutes was great, good driver.

Great stay. Close to the water.

Courtesy bus was prompt. Drivers were helpful. Easy access to the airport. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Great place. I would stay there again.

There was a plumbing issue for the first 3 days of my stay, but other than that, the accommodations were great.

The location was perfect for us.
