Needed more staff in the restaurant but it was a beautiful hotel.

Hope you can order food 24/7 . Been in downtown to watch firework got stuck in the traffic when we got in the hotel you can't order.

I was able to get a late check out which was really convenient for my flight. There is a great walking/running trail just outside the hotel and it's fun to watch the planes take off and land.

The check in was fast and easy. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was so nice having shuttle bus take us to airport.

Giving my credit card and being charged to incidentals and takes days before charged amount returned to customer. I hate this business practice of almost stealing from customers.

One of my favorite places to stay: good rooms, great service, and an awesome sauna and pool area that is really underutilized by most guests.

Close to the airport. Bed was too soft and the room smelled of old / wet clothes a bit.

Downstairs public area was nice. Good use of free hotel shuttle, to and from airport. Bedroom carpet sticky and large stains. Did not want to walk on it barefoot. Bed really soft. Lumpy pillows. Towels had a nasty odour, so of a damp musty smell. Did not want to use the shower as that would meaning drying my skin with the smelly towel. It's an expensive airport hotel (as they generally are) but rooms should be better for the high price. I would not stay here again

Rooms smelt like wet mold. HVAC system was not clean. The hotel lobby and bar area is clean and nice but rooms not so great

24/7 transportation to SFO airport.Awesome view of the Bay. With good amenities. no wifi access inside rooms,only at lobby area unless you’re a Marriott elite member.

The entire experience overall is fine. Just the price you paid would keep your expectation higher than usual.
