Excellent value for money close to airport free airport pickup and drop off. Nice breakfast.

Staff was friendly. Easy to get Lyft to airport. Room was ok. Elevator was broken sometimes. Breakfast floor was sticky all over. Breakfast was ok. TV didn't work. Not really any amenities. Pretty expensive for the lack of amenities.

Very convenient to get to SFO by the free 10 min shuttle bus. That was my purpose for staying here. Overall very glad with my stay.

Good value & breakfast was a nice bonus Just be weary the complimentary airport shuttle hours are limited to 04:55-09:25 / 17:15-22:30. Even when we confirmed our flight arrival info (1pm arrival), the reply email gave no indication that there would be no shuttle to pick us up. So be advised there is no airport pickup service between 9:25 and 17:15 which caught us unawares.

Parking is $35 a night

I chose this hotel for proximity to SFO and free shuttle service, but found it very nice for the price.

Breakfast was good. Location was great. Water station. staff was nice. the room smells, the bed smell like somebody slept before and they didm't change the sheets. They charge for parking which was not pretty clear when I did the reservation.
