Good location and room in general Staff was rude and they refuse to clean your room Until you have stayed there for 3 days or More

Very helpful staff, great location for getting in and out of town by car. The Parking situation should be rectified and included in costs. The idea of valet parking when parking is so readily accessible at the rear is poor. Its harder to pull up at the front on the main road than go round to the back.

Badly understaffed, I stayed 4 days and was never able to got the room serviced for towels and amenities (coffee, etc). The onsite breakfast was at best mediocre and staff was slow to re-stock. The parking was expensive, inconvenient & time consuming.

Location was convenient for exploring downtown and within walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops. The door to the room was so heavy, it was difficult to open. The noise is a factor. The walls are so thin you can hear people talking in the halls and we were woken by someone's alarm extremely early in the morning and it kept going off for an hour or more. We were woken by someone using the ice machine right outside our door late at night. It was not a restful stay.

This hotel is the best. The staff is always nice at check in and the rooms are always clean and smell good. The parking is easy and it is in a great location in walking distances from most the market, restaurants and some shopping. If they offered free breakfast it would be even better lol.

Room was clean, bathroom large, bed comfortable, and ac worked wonderfully. Would stay here again.

It is hard to find one positive thing about this stay DIRTY and hairy sheets, unkept bathroom with empty/no toiletries, thin walls which makes you hear everything that is going on, rude and disrespectful staff who gave attitude/did not want to address or help with our problems, took this trip on a weekend and was told that unfortunately the bar was closed that weekend which caused inconvenience, overall extremely overpriced for the quality of the room and experience. This will be an unforgettable trip due to such a poor experience, in fact, this is the worst hotel/hospitality experience i have had in my life.
