The property was in a perfect place downtown Milwaukee! The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful! Parking was not clear for the hotel

The front desk lady worked with us to get early check in which was amazing. The rooms were super nice and the layout was great. Very very clean. Parking was $28 instead of included. Bar closed at 10pm and breakfast buffet wasn’t included.

Close to market and summer fest. Nice place. A little overpriced due to summer fest. But all hotels that weekend were.

Close to everything (market, restaurants) right off of freeway. Room was excellent, spacious with beautiful views.

Easy check-in. Room was large with wood/laminated floors. Delicious omelette for breakfast (from menu, not buffet). Over priced for what I experienced- bar closed 15 minute before scheduled closing, just as we arrived after brewers game. And breakfast was not included.

Nice room. Great to have fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Very comfy beds. A little tricky to get to with bridge out and construction. Good price and location.

Although I arrived well before the restaurant closed the server wouldn't take a food order. If a hotel is going to have a restaurant they should expect late arrivals. Poor service.

The receptionist was very rude. I booked a king suite. And he told me on 6/10/26 that they were sold out of king room beds (which I rebooked for). He never told me they were sold out until after I checked in and he gave me keys to a double suite

Friendly staff. A few thinks built cheap, but for the price and location, it's worth it.

Perfect for me. Business trip on my dime, this hotel is walking distance from Wisconsin/Baird Center, Riverwalk, with easy access to ample parking and highways and sights!
